Congrats! Love the property, especially the fact that you have 11 acres on a point. I've lived on Lake Wylie for 6 years now and loved every minute of it. Moving to Lake Norman next week for a change of scenery though.

@@wincrasher2007 ehh, its not that bad. its still fashionable now. its just that kids like black and white, or bright contrast. you find as you get older, muted colors and wood tones draw your eye more. as you get older you start to consider high contrast fashion "gauche"

Nice home just too bad it's on a very nasty lake. Septic spills happen quit often into Lake Wylie. Nice Home bad location.
