I’m from North Carolina and never heard of that city or town ain’t that a blip!!🙄 There isn’t one fault or complaint about this house from me it’s absolutely gorgeous perfect and amazing!! Although I wish you had shown the inside of the garage. That’s a house of size it looks and gives me a cozy snug feeling. Some houses are nice but can give creepy vibes not this house it’s peaceful outside in all around I’d definitely buy it furnished of course thanks for showing..
If this was in east Tennessee i would buy it in a snap
how many bedrooms, staff quarters, elevator, central air and heat?
All that and never showed inside the garage 🤦♂

Maybe it's just me but... Lake Norman mansion... Where's the lake? All I saw was a pool 🤔

It's on 11 acres in Sherrills Ford (Northern section of Lake Norman). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to get to the waterfront. The home has multiple docks and lifts for boats and jet skis. Beautiful place!

@@thebestoflkn, so why didn’t you have a drone fly over the whole property and the lake frontage? You have to justify the sale price. This house is tired, and doesn’t do that.

What an awful house inside, it’s beyond bad taste, the furniture looks like rent to own! all the different materials that don’t match.. Looks like leftover Lowe’s/ Home Depot discounted tile, etc.
