When a person instigates a situation, they can’t successfully claim self-defense when that situation turns violent.

@@guylindquist338 no, he was having a diabetic episode and was trying to get to the hospital. She was the instigator bc she chased him down, trapped his car in, got out her car and went up to him and started yelling at him and then shot him.

Sorry, but self-defense is not possible. guy was sitting in a vehicle, unarmed, buckled up, and blocked in by her jeep. there must be something wrong with this lady, loaded pistols are causing a lot of problems. loaded pistols are loose canons.

If you're gonna follow someone in one of these incidents then only do it to get the license plate number. Call the police once you have that and definitely don't pull a gun out.

It’s not self defense when you are the aggressor. She chased him down, cuts his vehicle off, reached into his vehicle and repeatedly pounded him and that wasn’t good enough for her. She then pulled out her gun which she had concealed on her and shot and murdered him in cold blood. Then she lied to the police saying is committed suicide. Yep she said he pulled the trigger.

This witch didn’t even have a horse in that race. Her defense lawyer is useless ! He needs to be disbarred .

Uh no. Not in this lifetime. Not even in the next one. That man wasn’t attacking her, he was trying not to die by defending himself from an armed aggressor that came after him as he sat in his car.
