    Well Mongols trained all their life from fighting to shooting on horse back. And they've had great leaders to lead them, a combination of an entire army of cavalry. Horse archers and heavy lancers, a nomadic army that nearly conquered the whole world.

    It was more so due to their absolute disregard for other people. They literally used people from their conquests as human battering rams to get into cities.. yes they were very good with the bow but compared to an English longbowman they are no match..

  • @seaotter52

    Likely you may need to use some type of aid on the thumb, similar to the tabs for the fingers you are probably used to. Called thumb rings, they were developed in probably every culture that used the asiatic style as well as leather thumb guards that do same thing as leather finger tabs. I use Custom Thumb Ring brand, this guy uses Vermile(sp) Alibow, Freddy and a lot of others make thumb rings or thumb leathers. I started out with duck tape wrapped around my thumb. Some folks get really strong calluses and don't need much help but not me. Armin Hirmer has a great channel about this stuff.

    Some heavy bows are very difficult to pull as the draw curve starts right away at the get go. But these Saluki bows are incredible the draw curve is very smooth and the bow gets heavier towards the middle ofthe draw and then at the anchor point. This allows you to hold it for a second and adjust your aim. But overall the heavier the bow the more strength required to hold it indeed.

    “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16‬‬ The enemy will try and make you think that you are too far gone to be forgiven, too messed up to be loved, or that you have to try and earn God’s love. Those are all lies from the devil. You are never too far gone, Jesus died for you knowing full well how much we were going to mess up. God loves us so much that He gave us His only Son, Jesus, to die for us and rose Jesus again on the third day so that we could come to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior and be forgiven and saved and made right with God by Jesus. We done nothing to earn that love and our forgiveness and salvation, and there is nothing we can do to lose it. Once you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are forgiven of all sins, past, present, and future, and are saved. We are secure in Jesus. If you don’t know Jesus today, please come home to Jesus. It’s not too late. Jesus is coming back. Are you ready?

    Mostly I see that righthanded shooters put the arrow on the left side of the bow. My preferred way (just by instinct) would be the right side, as this video shows. Is there a reason why most people would chose the left side? Maybe someone knows...

  • @TakalBrothers

    @TakalBrothers

    Жыл бұрын

    Hey it depends on your technique, see we use the thumb draw technique and thats why we load the arrow on the right side of our bow, also our bows are similar to an english long bow when it comes to the middle part, we dont have a shelf or an arrow rest we shoot the arrow directly from the bow hand. Anyway here is a link to how we shoot hope it helps you with your question. kzread.infoY1XXo4B-VgI?feature=share

  • @TakalBrothers

    @TakalBrothers

    Жыл бұрын

    If you use the three finger method then you can load the arrow on either side of the bow. Usually people prefer to load it in the left side as thats where the arrow rest on the bow would be or simply because the left side of the bow with the three finger release allows the arrow to rest on the bow and not fall off.

    I’d like to see you put this bow on a scale and prove the 90lb weight. The way the first guy holds back at full draw seems impossible with that high of a draw weight on a recurve. If it truly is 90lba you guys have some serious hidden muscle being able to shoot these bows

  • @TakalBrothers

    @TakalBrothers

    Жыл бұрын

    The other guy is shooting a heavier bow. Its not about muscle or strength its all about the technique, we are using the thumb release method and if done correctly you can pull a very heavy bow with it. And of course muscles are required but its all about the back muscles thats why the proper technique is required.

    No. En los estilos de Asia o del Oriente Medial, las flechas estan lanzada de la derecha. Es mas rapido para lanzar en ataques montadas. Y los arqueros puede cambiar manos al tirar al cualquier parte de 360 degrees. No es mejor o inferior al estilo europeo, solo diferente. La cadena esta jalido(?) con la pulgar y ni con los dedos. Lo siento si me equivoque, mi español no es tan fantastico
