9 WAYS TO USE ALOE VERA GEL FOR HAIR GROWTH | GET THICKER HAIR

In this video I show you 9 ways you can use aloe vera gel for hair growth!
For best results, use aloe vera gel on your hair regularly, at least once or twice a week.
If you have any allergies or sensitivities, perform a patch test before applying aloe vera gel to your scalp and hair. Remember that while aloe vera can be beneficial for many people, individual results may vary. If you have specific hair or scalp conditions, it's always a good idea to consult with a dermatologist or hair specialist to determine the most suitable treatment for your needs.

💗 ALOE VERA GEL
Aloe vera is a versatile plant with numerous benefits for hair and hair growth. Its gel, which is extracted from the inner leaf, contains a rich combination of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, and other beneficial compounds. Here are some of the properties of aloe vera gel for hair and hair growth:
Scalp health: Aloe vera has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, making it effective in soothing and calming an irritated scalp. It can help reduce dandruff, itching, and scalp redness, which can promote a healthier environment for hair growth.
Moisturization: Aloe vera gel is an excellent natural moisturizer for both the scalp and hair. It helps lock in moisture, preventing dryness and reducing the risk of hair breakage and split ends.
Nourishment: The gel contains essential vitamins (A, C, E, B12) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc) that nourish the hair follicles and promote overall hair health. These nutrients play a crucial role in maintaining healthy hair and supporting hair growth.
Hair growth stimulation: Some studies suggest that aloe vera may promote hair growth by increasing blood circulation to the scalp. Improved blood flow can bring more nutrients and oxygen to hair follicles, supporting their growth and health.
pH balancing: Aloe vera gel helps balance the pH level of the scalp, which is essential for maintaining healthy hair. An optimal pH level promotes a favorable environment for hair growth and prevents issues like excessive dryness or oiliness.
Hair conditioning: Aloe vera gel has conditioning properties that make hair smoother, softer, and more manageable. It can enhance the hair's natural shine and reduce frizz.

Awesome video, thank you ! I read that you first need to drain the resin from the leaf before extracting the gel because the latex in the resin can irritate the scalp… Have you experienced this ?

You're welcome ! You can use it everyday if you want to. I like to store pure aloe vera gel in the freezer. Otherwise you can mix it with xanthum gum or guar gum and add a preservative and it can last you for up to 3 months at room temperature.
