I have used banana peel for Whitening my teeth except I'd seen it where they said to spread baking soda on it it really does make your teeth quite White. I've heard a lot of the suggestions you've had for the skin and such. Very glad to hear about a natural treatment for psoriasis I will pass it on to someone I know who has the condition.

More over if you add small small pieces of banana peel into a plant soil your plant grow faster and becomes so healthy . Its amazing !

I am usually skeptical of this sort of stuff but I tried it on my face and I looked really refreshed after! I have very sensitive skin so I have to be very carful what I use on it. The salicylic acid should technically dissolve blackheads if used on a regular basis. I will be testing this! I Love Garcinia Cambogia On top of bananas being delicious, nutritious, and now beneficial, but they are also.....inexpensive!! Makes for a full fruit basket in my kitchen!! I Love Garcinia Cambogia I know this has nothing to do with this video but you mentioned you have a banana before your workout. Do you just eat the banana by itself or what?? I have always considered bananas to be one of my super foods, and I always carry one in my purse or bag. I had NO IDEA that the peel had such useful qualities (burns, antimicrobial, mosquito bites!?). I only knew that blended bananas were in a lusciously softening homemade hair mask that I use to make. Wow. I'm going to scrape off some of the inside of a peel and apply it all over my face for 20 minutes right now! And, under eyes? Alrighty, I'll test that out. And, to think that I've just been throwing the peel away all of this time. I have a stubborn little wart that I was using cider vinegar on, but I will try the banana peel. Great! Thanks.

Jesus Solano apply fresh lemon juice to your arm pits at night and rinse off in the morning with cool water. Repeat 3-4 times a week until you achieve your desired results. It helps with dark spots, scars, and many other things. It has to be fresh lemon juice though.

Shirley this is a GREAT QUESTION! Since latex come from many types of plants. As you probably know, Rubber is mainly harvested from latex from the rubber tree. It is believed that since certain proteins in latex that cause allergic responses are also present in some fruits like bananas, passionfruit, kiwi, etc., that eating such fruits might cause an allergic reactions in those who have a latex allergy as well. I guess the question here would be are you able to eat bananas? If so, you are likely safe with the peels, but I would do a small test, 1 x1 patch test (maybe on the inside of your arm because that skin is sensitive, similar to the face & if no reaction, move forward with caution - amount & how often can also be a concern with allergies). 💜
