It’s so annoying like when I’m at Chelsea Silva wants a new contract in Agust after a month of the career

It would be cool if players had different personalities and some players would benefit from harsh criticism. For example, Kanté, a shy person, would benefit from being told he is doing very well at the moment, whereas a player like Ronaldo would benefit from being told he has to work harder, do better, push himself.

YES! When they introduced they're doing a rework of that system for FIFA21 I thought they were doing exactly that, turns out I was wrong

Nice idea but would you trust EA to implement this correctly? They don't even know how to structure transfer negotiations. Managers, agents and players will just storm out if you make an offer too low - that's not how real life conversations occur. If EA added good cop/bad cop dialogue options to players, you'd probably end up with Kante storming out and requesting a transfer because you were too nice to him.

They do have this in NBA 2K so it can't be THAT hard of a system to implement

The position converter is great, did a ogc nice career and transitioned atal from a RB to a CAM and he ended up at a 91

Why can't i change the weather

I use negative responses for players that I'm trying to sell, working on the basis that if their morale is low they're more likely to accept a transfer away. Not sure if it does actually have that effect but that's how I do it 🙂

I have noticed positive comments inspire comebacks on fifa especially today when I had Sevilla as opponent I won the game 7-5 and I manage Villarreal not real madrid or barca so that's how I can type that it has an impact

I always do negative responses if im annoyed as if we lose 8-0 to a team like Huddersfield i wont just say, 'i thought we were amazing today' or 'The opposition was bad today'. Instead ill slate the players

I always play 4321 with the 2 CF formation. I change the central midfielder to a cdm and my wingers end up as a CF, works decently well. Problem is their stats often peak far too fast. Have some players who are 23 years with 90 agility, dribbling and sprint speed but their passing and shooting are barely above 75

Basically these are all the tips you already know Especially this one for signing young high-potential players, why would you need to do that? This gets so repetitive and uninteresting. With dynamic potential you can get anyone to 90 OVR, so it's just a useless tip

indeed, i have a save with saint-ettienne and in my 5th season i had haaland as my best player...and he got injured for 7 months in the pre-season

Was really hoping for something a bit less obvious with this title. Good general starter tips though 👍

all i do on career mode now is fun kind of random player teams like i ask siri pick a number between 1-66 and if they say like it said 18 then i’d have 18. randomize bundesliga clubs and whatever club you get sign any player ever from that club so if i landed on lever krusen then i could sign ballack as a 16 year old with prime ballack stats and their are other ones like sign bryan gil and give him baby cruyff stats

I give responses accordingly I put up Phil Jones for the transfer list, and I told him "good riddance". I lost to sheffield once and I used every negative response given

If they add the new stadium, your save won’t restart but the stadium won’t be In your save, if you want to have it you need to start a new career

No, it doesn't. It's random. Just because you got a 76 rated player, doesn't mean that someone else won't get a 60 rated player instead

EA really need to add some AI tactical adjustments and knowledge into the game. Any team who plays with the high press tactic begins to suicide press and you only need 2 pacey wingers and you can win 5-0. It’s not fun, especially when I’m doing a United career mode and playing my two biggest rivals isn’t even fun. Just a simple through ball to rashford and we score

nice video, what does it mean when a player wants to feature in the matchday squad each week as a rotation player. (rotation role).does it mean that I can just list him in the subs and not play him or is he asking to play every week. my other question as a follow up, is if the player ask to just make an impact as a sub is that less playing time then featuring in the matchday squad each week, or does none of it not matter that much and as long as I get the player at rotation he won't ask to play every week?

Quick simulate every game your team is going to play so that it's not that easy for you to win every match. If you still want to play a bit you can always do the new simulation which looks like Football Manager and you can always start controling your team anytime you want

i think theres other reasons why you shouldnt start a leeds united save XD
