@@DrBarbequeSaucein terms of handling and wheel rotation, the crew motorfest feels and looks far more realistic, the only thing “realistic” about forza horizon are the performance mods, such as engine swaps, drivetrain, gearbox, and you can basically make any car do what you want it to do, tcm is far more realistic with the car physics and even the car engines (most vehicles) too.

For the Panning Camera section, you forgot to mention the engine sound changes depending on where your camera is facing when driving.

There is also one thing you forgot to mention which I have not noticed in any other games, the gear switching sound is extremely good. I don't know why but it just feels very freaking good in cockpit view.

I like the cockpit view. But I just wish if it was a little zoomed out. I just feel like the camera is way to zoomed in. Like mabey give us an fov slider.

Another thing about having slower starter cars, it helps you learn the fundamentals of the game's handling physics a lot easier. It's simply a lot easier to push a slower car to the limit than it is with a faster car

So this is gonna be a good replacement for us who've been waiting for another midnight club.

5:50 the plane physics are pretty similar you just need to change the camera, it's default set to the far camera which was defaulted to the close camera in TC2 nad make sure to turn off plane handling assist in the settings

pretty sure he had the assist off because you can see him do barrel rolls, which you can't do with the assist on.

I actually hate the camera that stays in line with the plane. The steady one feels soo much more satisfying to fly.

If you honk at night, highbeams will be flashing as well, also just lighting on older cars like the 2k has a fade in effect instead of an led like instant on that forza does

In arcade games people dont really care for these effects they are to small to make a differance it comes down to enjoyment and playebility the crew wins that easily

Now i wish they still add pedestrian and civilian just like in the crew 2

To get the same airplane control as The Crew 2 you have to change the camera to the one after the base camera after selecting the airplane. The default is the action camera from The Crew 2.

3:24 is awesome they added that physics in the game. Sorry to be that guy but the strings wouldnt float up like that though until upside down with no pull on the stick. The positive G forces would have pushed the strings down, not up.

Ohhhh that water in this game looks beautiful actually everything I’ve seen in the game looks incredible - plus that map is really nice

I watch most of your videos for entertainment, but this one was quite useful, as I'm considering whether to get CM or not.

That’s because the closed beta should have been ended by now

You can also buy cars in the start menu. For the plane try to change the camera. The same camera you've shown is present in the crew 2 but no one used it. The second camera is the one you want in motorfest. The plane feels so different by changing only that.

This map being better than FH5 map is all I need. It'd be hard for any developer to match TC2's map of the USA, at least in a reasonable time frame and might even be better for TC2's longevity as I'd love to come back to it from time to time. And boy, you shouldn't have shown the Bentley. Now I HAVE TO get the game on launch. Just to reward this treat they are giving me as a huge Bentley fan.

ill definitely be buying this game after seeing this video! especially because of that beautiful pagani clip

4:30 you are wrong the 3 cars that you see in the festival are the cars for the summit and not the full car list, to buy a car you just have to open the menu and there we go, you can see the full car list and buy any car there

the full car list is in the car meet if you go up to the first car you see. but the other option is the menu.

@@FyrozFn I have played forza for 2 years now and it's already boring. The story is short af, the graphics are very nice, the controls meh could be better. The crew just killed it.

Ivory Tower initially came from former Eden Games devs that worked on TDU. Motorfest looks much more like a successor to TDU than TC1, TC2, or even TDU Solar Crown lol.

test drive unlimited is comming back next year and will be another competitor to forza horizon you should look it up its called ..test drive unlimited solar crown

Notice how the back of his Ferrari actually went up when he hit the focus thats called ✨Physics✨

The shifter thing was done in Test Drive Unlimited 1 not only did the shifter move but it went to each gear not just a back and forward animation

Motorfest definitely has more elevation and variety in the map. Plus it actually HAS a spewing volcano.

I really think ppl be forgetting Forza basically took tdu and amplified it and the crew team are some that worked on tdu i think its only natural they go back to they roots, but for those calling it a forza clone tdu did it first

No they are not, only some of the cars, that’s the difference, when coming from tc2 they remade ALL of the sounds, fh only does some of them

Forza didn't record sounds from irl. The only one game that recorded real cars is Gran Turismo.

The Crew Motorfest BETA was more fun then Forza Horizon 5 50+ hours.

the worst thing about the crew's (all 3 games) is that the body customisation doesn't affect performance in any way where as in forza even body cusotmization has an effect on the car's performance

You need your eyes checked if you think this is the best racing game you have EVER seen. That is so coool...

You don’t have to actually go to the festival to buy cars you just go to the menu and buy any car in motor fest im pretty sure

its better then Forza Horizan 5 because its fun and gives everyone what they want also keep in mind this is the closed beta not the full game so they may be hiding more then people think that's true because it shows that they have more car slots that you can buy that are empty also they are listening to the audience the game buyers and the beta testers so it will be better then beta! 😉🤙forza and crew these games are a look like night and day, Bugatti and Koengsegg competition.

Fist off Forza did invent this open world racing racing festival type style game.

Crew is also missing tonns of great cars that forza has

Forza was locked behind an Xbox.. with PS being the SUPREME... *Winks and waits for people to have a melt down* It is nice to have a game for us PS players to enjoy. Turns out, we got a big map, great cars, amazing graphics and so much more

TC1 & TC2 were NOT the same map... TC2's was much less detailed.

Honestly motorfest is better on most things than FH5 imo

This game is an overall good game will have map expansions

I'd rather smaller more dense maps

The feet move when accelerating and braking

Honestly the scenery and customization beats forza and which is what made me fall in love with this game

In the next FH, they should make the horizon festival/car meet accessible, like walk around the festival and talk to other players

If you compaire this game to other not forget must have similar vehicle types so you must compaire to gt5

Personally I think NFS is arcade FH5 is the simulation game and this is a mix . It just depends for what style your looking for . But I still will soon have all 3 lol

They should add colored headlights as a vanity option. Having red underglow with white headlighs just looks dumb. The Dodge SRT Viper ACR should be addrd into the game, given its an actual RACE/TRACK CAR, unlike the GTS. The ACR fits the game and looks better anyways.

It was so weird when I saw Yuwan at the end because why does he look like an Indian SidWaj? 🤣🤣🤣

But can you replace engine and drivetrain??

Motorfest is just a between game between The Crew 2 and The Crew 3 which gonna have the whole world as playable map xd

only slight let down about the game is that i feel like they could've done a bit better with the graphics. Mirrors dont work, reflections can look really washed out and rough and the light just passes into the car when you are driving at night

iIf there's one thing I really hate about Forza Horizon games is the panning camera. When looking at the car from the front literally you can't see half of the car because it's too forward. It gets even worse when driving fast.... It's sooo bad and here and Motorfest just perfect!!! FORZA PLEASE TAKE A NOTE AND FIX IT IN THE NEXT SERIES!!!

Weird -easter egg (?)- detail about the Cockpit Camera in Motorfest, If you're flying a plane in cockpit camera and use your nitrous, your character will do the "🤙🏿" gesture with their left hand. It's a goofy little animation detail that makes the game feel that much more personal and alive, instead of the souless emotes that every game is doing now. Edit: I should have finished that section before writing this comment, but still, I need to commend Ivory Tower for giving charm to the driver rather than leaving them a dead-inside avatar. It's a big step up from The Crew 2 and... [shudders] Hiro.

You forgot about the lovely car sounds this games has which is better than fh5 mate😩
