To me, it means to keep calm. Sometimes you have to search for the silence. In our world, nothing is quiet, not even our own brain. It talks all the time... It means to find an inner place of silence and calmness and peace. Go there, if you dont know what to do. Take some deep breath and you find your own mind to be much more composed and calm, all by it self. Your body will follow...

This video comes at the perfect time. My grandmother died yesterday of lung cancer, she suffered like hell and it was a slow and agonizing death, she was sedated 24 hours a day by morphine. I have spent the last couple of weeks in hospice and every 2/3 days they were changing patients in rooms. I saw a patient, then the empty bed with no sheets, and the next day there was a new person with a different name on the door. I will never forget this life experience, a lesson that not even the best university in the world can teach. I saw, heard, smelled and felt death there for two weeks and saw my grandmother dead in the morgue with her mouth open with all my relatives crying desperately. I can guarantee you what the guy says in the video is the sacred truth, to radically change your life go to a hospice to see dying people. Now I fully realize that our time is limited and life is the most beautiful and sacred thing that exists. Live your fucking life to the fullest and have the balls to create the life you want and dream of. Today it begins my second life, now I know it will eventually end.

Agreed with you. Death is painful and in my years of Nursing practice I had attended dying patients and had seen death a lot of times yet during the very last moment of their lives, while they are gasping for their last breath, you can see the fear and pain in their in their eyes. No one is ready to die, that's only in the movie "meet Joe black". So one should live a meaningful life without compromising other people's lives. Never hurt people.

Thanks for the story. Everything happens for a reason, and you seeing your grandmother like that was a gift to you, whether you knew it at the time or not. Im only 22, but already on two occasions I have had serious demons attack me. I never used to be religious, but I know that acting so tough isn’t the best in the long run. Now I know I can trust God and the angels he gives to protect me. The past 2 months since I’ve started to daily appreciate god, life feels truly different, and smiling at failures treating them as lessons has made me progress faster than id ever have imagined by this age. Trust god, and repent your sins and you’ll have eternal life.

Have honour and respect 4.Never forget your ancestors they will honor you if you honor them 5. If you really want to see what life is all about you have to see the people who are dying. 6. Always keep your eyes for everything invisible 7. If you don't believe in demons, you have to face them before they face you 8. If you don't know what to do then close your mouth and listen to the silence it will give you the best advice 9. Never the state never trust the police, trust only in yourself and ofcourse in god...

Well, because from location to shallow depth of field to dialogue delivery to extreme close-up shots to that little movement he does in the opening scene, everything is frickin' up to the mark. Those are words to live by for anyone who wants to show gratitude to their ancestors and the unseen. Those rules are dead on and the most important one is to trust only urself in the times of darkness. Remember shut ur mouth and listen to the silence, u can't go wrong. Lol spot on and Beautifully said.

Everything this guy says is on point. I don’t understand people saying he is an actor, if he is an actor his script writer or someone on that side is the real deal…I am telling u what he is serving is not play…the substance is pure… it is knowledge u can only get from having lived it…even how he contextualizes it…this is not Hollywood. Anyone who has stood against/outside the system will tell u what he speaking is THE TRUTH. He causes me dissonance, I don’t expect to find THE TRUTH, a genuine article on KZread.
