Posture is a deep rooted natural thing. You only stand like a miggot when you feel like one. Most people got bad postures because their soul is hurt bad. You can change your Body Language and trick other people to think you are strong. But with this approach you will still be broken underneath. A better approach is to heal your soul and get strong inside. Your Body Language will follow automatically. This means growing from a broken boy to a strong man on soul/emotional level. But this is way harder then just shoulders back and breast out. Inside out approach is always superior to outside in approach

They did a study with a group of criminals, asking them to choose from a sample of videos of random people walking on the street, which ones they would choose as victims for an assault. They chose those who walked slowly, undecisevely, not paying attention to their surroundings. Their choice had nothing to do with age, race or other characteristics, just body language.

Indeed, and not only so, Nothing records the effects of a sad life graphically as the human body. - Naguib Mahfouz Is it really that difficult to look across generations , from child to the elderly, and not infer something about their habits and perhaps work? I see the chin forward, mouth open, neck strained forward holding up a heavy head, the front upper legs supporting most weight, stiff as boards, but the depressed rear almost absent. Then observe men in their late part of the first quarter of life, usually sitting, chin almost to chest entranced by the screen of phone or ill suited laptop... What a tragedy. What an epidemic. What a national security risk. Then I ask the young men if they are ready to be drafted and fight for Geno side JO'Biden. Their responses are fascinating as they're deeply troubling. Could the US be less ready or more vulnerable comprehensively? This is how the globe stompers take down hegemons and empires. Who's gaining most? Who's dying most and most shamefully, miserably and too early? Those answers basically don't change much but masses still think this time THEIR side isn't he real thing and actually look out for their interests . Yes: Nothing records the effects of a sad life graphically as the human body. It breaks the heart if those who's isn't stone cold or a meat head - dead from the loins up. IMHO et al.

Stay open and discipline and posture During all revolutions , it was always the few warriors protecting our democracies and rights against totalitarian regimes ; the rest sat as a bag of worms and did nothing . I recall from an earlier GRIM video Andrycha also mentioned martial arts for gaining ultimate control over one's body, but also learning from dance. He paid equal importance to martial arts and dance instruction as a means to get better control over body movements. There is some overlap between the two disciplines: Take a look at some competitive dancers and you can get a sense of what it takes and how complex some of the moves are.

  • @MrSnowFoxy

Realistically any activity that requires precision and control, such as martial arts or dance will train your subconscious mind to move better. When I was briefly doing MMA years ago it improved my reaction speed and my balance overall. While my balance has declined a bit my reflexes are still quicker than before I took MMA. But you can also think about it like a math equation: Physical Activity + Mental Discipline = Health If you pair qny physical activity you enjoy, such as MMA or going for a run, lifting weights etc with a dedicated mind that is calmed through spiritual growth via Meditation, you will progress faster than you thought you could. Be Honorable ✌️

I have always wanted to trade crypto since 2019 but was scared due to its volatility, I think now I want to give it a try but don't know how to go about it.
