The education we get on Mike's videos is wonderful. Before watching him, I was convinced that any Asian dishes would not be something I could enjoy. What were they trying to slip me on that plate? Now I see the variety of food, know the names of dishes and have started to say over and over that I could enjoy it. Mostly because he showed Us close ups, cooking method, AND told us all the ingredients. Plus gave us background on the dishes. Excellent food reviews.

Same here, I've been doing this 'Self-Hypnotizing theopy' for at least two years watching Mikey's video...now I can pretend I'm eating those delicous SEAFOODS and CONGEE while chowing down brown rice, chicken, and broccoli...(word of advice: always choose the blue pill😂)

In my opinion, steaming is by far the best way to cook FRESH seafood, because it best preserves the natural flavors of the star ingredients and keeps the flesh moist and tender.

I like the fact that you are willing to try many ethnic cuisines and pass on your experience to others. All the flavour from previous movies (dishes) gives the final movie (dish) the depth, flavour and feel that's unparalleled! At the end it leaves you happy and satisfied but a little heartbroken, thinking "All good things come to an end!"
