9-BALL: JAYSON SHAW VS KO PIN-Yi - 2022 INTERNATIONAL OPEN 9-BALL
Спорт
Jayson Shaw takes on Ko Pin-Yi in the second semi-finals of the 2022 International Open 9-Ball Championship.
Shaw was the 2019 winner of this event and came into the event with two Turning Stone and the 2022 Open 9-Ball Pro Players Championship titles under his belt for the year. Shaw was undefeated, so far, in this event.
Ko Pin-Yi had won the Bucharest Open and Asian 9-Ball Open in 2022. He dropped a hill-hill match to Wiktor Zielinski in the double elimination stage of this event, but had wins over Roberto Gomez and Mario He in the single elimination stage.
This was one race to ten, to determine who would move on to play in the finals of the event.
Jeremy Jones and Mark Wilson called all of the action.

JJ and Wison are the best at commentating. Superb listen
Simply the best in all ways! These 2 boys are sensational commentators and I learn so much to improve my very average game. Thanks as always.

the cue ball can matter, get a few cue balls and put them on a scale. red dot cue ball is normally off 2 grams.

2 grams?? Or .2 grams? 2 grams sounds like a lot to be off by.

@@ponfiripatato 2 grams. Every set of balls in my set was 165 grams and other cue balls I weighed out specifically the one with red dots was 167-170. I like to buy a few and pick the one with the closest weight to 165. Its not a massive difference but at this level of play you can notice the weight difference is why they talked about it.

Side note in your local tournament you normally have so guy bring there own balls or cue ball. I recommend you dont allow it because he has been playing and practicing with those balls and learned the throw due the amount of or lack of dirt. Easy win, just watch them miss every and wonder why 😂

if typically or normally off by 2 grams consistently, seems it was designed that way. for coin operated tables? the cue ball always finds its own route, by weight or size?
