With big expectations and excitement, I unbox and review the 8K ULTRA HD Digital Video Camera, MODEL AC-254KM, made in China. Unfortunately I find that they stopped short of making a really great little camera. Can it still be used for something? Have a look at this review and we'll discuss. Included are an overhead bracket, glare protection front piece, external microphone and a remote control panel.

I was thinking the same thing. Actually up till now, generic things have always served me well. Until this time. I now understand people's obsessions with brand names.

How do you know this camera REALLY is 8K Marius? Do you have an 8K monitor to check it out?

No but I have a computer that shows the properties and resolution of the clips. It's like 7 thousand and something by whatever resolution. It's somewhere in this video. But of course it could be that they just blow up 4K to 8k. I have no idea but I do know this camera really only works well up to 4K and then from there upwards the frame rate suffers. I'll do another video soon with some test footage; I realised only afterwards I showed almost no footage shot with it in this video :)

4K. The 8K has a reduced frame rate. Personally I'd advise against buying this camera if you can help it. Just get something namebrand from www.bhphotovideo.com/c/buy/Pro-Camcorders-Cameras/ci/1881/BI/5164/KBID/5893/SID/DFF/DFF/d50 and you won't have to worry about things that you can take for granted on a proper camera.
Yes the sound is distorted. lmfao!
