I think a preset of something that is in between would be good. The night time grass scenes look great with preset but other areas look a bit more atmospheric with original

I play with DLAA on at 1440p all max out graphic setting and get 120 fps. Only using basic ReShade tho 😮

I have CompleteRT and so that's the reshade that I'm using from you, but I'm getting a ton of blue boxes around everything. Would you mind helping me find a solution if there is one?

try setting a refresh effects key, thats a known bug sadly and will be most likely fixed in next version

It's a good looking preset but I wish the devs had included a hardware base RT or path tracing mode. This game would look amazing with path tracing.

not that anyone with under a 4090 would be able to run decently.

in your original version ambient occlusion is off, so grass does not have any shadows and looks flat.

even the vanilla graphics are so good, doesn't even feel the need for the reshade

very good preset, I think the first scene looks worse with the reshade but as a reshader, I know there it not much you can do when one scene looks bad

Yes game is pretty dark at all so ao is pretty strong

The difference is huge, good job. Is this RT shader from Pascal Gilcher? The only thing that would be nice is higher resolution textures.

Not really much desaturation, just the SSGI/AO shaders darkening foliage way too much.

@@okaybutwhythough7456 SSGI/AO affects the darkness not the saturation of an asset. Pretty much sure the saturation has been lowered to achieve that 'photorealism' but sadly the game is not made like that. It's an artistic decision which shouldn't have been messed with. The vanilla game looks spectacular and I don't see anything here adding to that, instead it kinda looks bleak which completely changes the atmosphere. There are areas where it's too dark so Idk because of the SSGI. The whole damned job of SSGI or any GI is to get rid of darkness with bounced lighting. Here in this video, it completely defeats the purpose.

@@PrinceMandal the blue tone of night scenes and the reds of clothing and fires don't really seem desaturated, and it's noticable where things like rocks get more lit up indirectly and campfires spread more light. I think the green is turned down somewhat, but what really darkens it is the SSGI being a bad match for the assets and scenes. I'd either turn down the SSGI a bit or just have color correction without the shader altogether.

How the gameplay movement is exactly same in both ?

I don't get it. Do you have to pay for this reshade? Kinda absurd, it's not even a mod. Or do i overlook smth?

👹 My 'problem' is that I’ve already played Ghost of Tsushima a lot. Therefore, the original art design seems not only closer to me but also aesthetically more pleasing, more colorful, more Japanese, and how should I put it, more precise and harmonious. The new graphical style is beautiful, but it simply lacks a certain something for me.

No raytracing at all here. Soft shadows are exactly the same, lights too, with no realtime reflexion/refraction on water, metal and wood sufaces, but usual bitmap techniques. Only a color tune with less green. Look more realistic and less cartoonist, but no ray tracing here. The "Goodbye Green Tint" on nexus mod do exactly what you show. Next.

It is restir GI ssrtgi what means it is technically raytracing. No clickbait anywhere. And this is a reshade comparison shader, no way to show fps on both sides with it as I know. I search for a better way.

@@DigitalDreamsyt SSRTGI is not raytracing. These plugins "approximate" lighting effects based on screen space depth and color sampling, you cannot correctly light a scene this way. Raytracing is specific to the triangles in the entire scene, not the pixels on screen, which gives an extremely limited approximation of light.

@@DigitalDreamsyt Yes, its not. RTGI is an approximation, not a calculation. That means it's not ray traced. Find what 'ray traced' really means. This game also runs on DX11 which is not used for RT. RT uses DX12 and Vulkan. Go read computer graphics 🤡🤡 if you don't know what Raytracing is.

It makes it much less colourful which is a big part of the art design, i'm not impressed. Beautiful game though but this isn't ray traced.

Normal graphics are better

Absolute rubbish, for one it was released in in 2020 and it was one of the most impressive looking games ever made and this is based on the PS5 version but with the settings turned up, it also has some of the most beautiful art design in gaming. You're talking crap.
