Try D-Input with the MayFlash, then with the controller off, try holding 'A', then pressing 'Start' to turn it on. Afterwards try pairing as normal. You may need to try both bluetooth and 2.4Ghz modes, idk which one could work. Anyway, it's just an idea 'cause I don't have the X, but I do know that the pad supports D-Input if you can get it into the mode, 'cause I think that's what it uses on my Macbook Pro

Hello Johnny I was driving and listening to the video so I couldn't see every way you tried to load everything up to the neo-geo x. If you connect the Magic-ns first then 8Bitdo 2 into Magic-ns and then press the pair button on the blinking blue LED light on 8Bitdo 2 then pair the controller then what happens? Also FYI you know how on ASP you always park it on Neo-Geo so it doesn't quit working? I have found that plugging one game controller converter in at a time will give a better connection so plug Magic-NS in first to Neo-Geo x or any other device then plug the 8Bitdo 2 into Magic-NS and test it. So FYi my tests had better results after this method of the formula.

Raspberry Pi work find. I didn’t mod my Neo GeoX dock to raspberry pi. It will work with direct cable. I believe I did video on it already.
