He may want to. But I bet others are going to try to delay him as much as possible, just as Ashley said. The discovery that would be available to Karen at that time, wouldn’t help him at all and quite literally implicate the others.

Paul & their mom ate convinced Karen is guilty. Jen McCabe has been gaslighting them since John died. Jen even created a support group for the mom.

I would say this is pretty accurate. It’s pretty SUS that Proctor was relieved of his duties after the outcome of the trial, which they said they were waiting to see the outcome before taking action, publicly! I mean that’s pretty obvious. There was a mistrial and the jury was deeply divided so they realized Proctor was a problem. That says it all right there. If they really cared about his conduct, he would have been dealt with long ago, but they care more about their own butts and how this looks on them. They didn’t shed an ounce of remorse for his actions towards Karen Read. They are likely even more angry that their plan to pin it on her isn’t working. I am praying she gets her life back and can heal. This b.s. trial and these b.s. charges have likely prolonged her healing process. I looked up her networth. She’s a famous accounting and finance professor worth $1M-$2M. No wonder she could afford such an expensive defense team. I think she knew she needed a tough, sharp, outside attorney to ensure this gets done right. Jackson was incredible. I will say, people wanting a conviction for healing doesn’t make sense to me. No matter the outcome, John is still gone. I think there are far healthier and more productive ways to heal and move on. The facts just don’t point to her guilt but the CW is playing on their need to heal and have closure no doubt. This is such a colossal mess of tangled webs. It’s insane 😢

No, she couldn't afford the defense team. I heard her parents sold their home to help out but idk how true that is. I do know, her followers raised close to $500,000 for her defense and supposedly started a second one to cover her defense team costs for the second go round.

Unbelievable that the Feds are doing zero about any of them .....even the judge hid it from the Defence that the jurors found Karen Not Guilty on charges 1 and 3 .....they were hung only on the 2nd charge!! So they are using double jeopardy.....to do the whole case over again. The judge also didn't allow in the original videos from any of the cameras .....its been proven they even doctored that evidence by using a filter to remove red from the images.....which then showed the tail light as being white, when it was indeed red and intact!! The Cheif of Police Helena Rafferty has just had her contract renewed even though we clearly see her in the Sallyport and she was the one to provide the inverted video!! The Police Union put out a statement claiming that Proctor was only in trouble about the text messages about Karen NOT the fact he lied multiple times, doctored evidence and was also good friends with the McAlberts

I believe Paul is aware John was killed at the house from a fight, but he blames Karen, as the fight was about John confronting Higgins. He can’t be this naive. He’s about status and protecting his buddies. Tully was head detective and his football buddy in uni.

Tully was Paul O'Keefes teammate on a soccer team Paul had a DUI where he almost killed a pensioner in a crash, Karen paid his bail. .....Paul O'Keefe after his sister died didn't take the kids even though he was married and had small kids himself. He blamed it on his sisters house being too small. Even now after John has passed ....he still doesn't have the kids but he did get a Gofundme for $350,000 ....and he built an extension with the money!! The kids have an inheritance of $3.5 million!! The family dynamics with the parents are completely off .....the entire trial they sat at opposite ends of the bench. Tully is involved in fitting up the journalist Aiden Kearney because he exposed this case and the players in it. Why would Paul O'Keefe be given sooo much money and be involved in trying to fit up anyone that exposes the players?? Even after hearing all of the evidence he still believes Karen is guilty .....Paul has been compensated and is actively trying to fit up Karen!! It comes across as Paul not being as successful as his siblings....he knows Karen has money and wants it. That's exactly why he is suing ....its nothing to do with Karens guilt ....its to do with his greed!!

How did that fundraiser that amount of money for him ....when John left behind two kids?? He has sat in court every single day, hearing the lies from the McAlberts, Morrissey and the cops and their ridiculous stories .....yet still wants Karen blamed for what happened to John?? I wonder if they would have killed Karen if she didn’t leave? They had to have jumped John as soon as he went in the house according to his phone data. They didn’t know John was checking to see if they were invited and Karen left thinking John had forgotten about her. Typically, after waiting too long for an answer and no one answering the phone, most people would’ve parked and walked in to check on their person. Would they have killed her to keep her quiet? They obviously don’t have any qualms about breaking the law. Criminals with badges is what they all sound like to me. Definitely not new to covering up crimes and framing the innocent. Although they still suck at it.

You know I wondered if they'd have killed Karen too if she walked in, because this was a planned ambush/murder of OJO. Based on their blind hate of Karen I reckon they would've killed her too. False set up that they had a couple's fight in the basement & that Karen killed OJO. Then they would've shot Karen in the head saying it was suicide 'cos she couldn't live with herself.

So I’m not sure if this is related but a couple of years ago the state troopers got into ALOT of trouble by fudging numbers for OT time. They were making sooo much money from OT and basically stealing/scamming. I wonder how that scandal is relative to a lot of the “secrets” she talks about. And the “blackmail”

Another commenter on a different channel said the Alberts, DA office, & Police dept, are neck deep in drug smuggling & trafficking - similar to the Murdaugh family. They run Canton like their little fiefdom. This is not the first: kill/coverup/jail the innocent, they've done.

The timeline proves that 20 ppl didn't come together to frame KR. She started this rouse with turtle boy and ALL those text messages between them will be coming out when he faces his felony charges for witness tampering. She and the defense created a STORY! That's their job because she killed John (accident or not) and she had to fight for her freedom stopping at nothing and hurting SO many people along the way. @@DeAnn-H When Higgins testifies about going to NYC, he says it is for Officers Mora and Rivera. BH's wording was odd to me. He didn't say if he went to the wake or funeral. He said "some went to the wake, some went to the funeral. There were services over those couple days." Officer Rivera's wake was held 1/27/2022 from 1-8 pm. His funeral was Saturday 1/28/2022 9am-11am with about 45 minutes for the processional. Higgins says they left late morning, so that's possible. However, Officer Mora's wake wasn't until Tuesday with funeral Wednesday. Officers Rivera and Mora were partners, shot during the same incident, and so it makes sense to group them together when referring to their memorial services, but it just seems weird that he mentions both when the services he is testifying about driving 4 hrs to NYC to attend are just for Officer Rivera. It seems too vague.

I know the defense had a list of ALOT of potential witnesses. That list is public. I think they chose to only call 6 witnesses to just get down to the science of how it’s scientifically impossible that she hit Officer John Okeefe with her car. I think the way the prosecution presented their case was drawn out for a reason. I believe that was their plan all along. They called 70+ witnesses. The defense called 6. I believe that was all strategic, and even though it ended with a hung jury, I think they were possibly prepared for that, which is why they decided to just call the witnesses, who are actually qualified… beyond qualified, to debunk the theory that she hit OJO with her Lexus. I think that thinking goes against logic & scientifically proven it couldn’t have happened. I think that’s the real conspiracy theory now after hearing the scientific evidence, especially from the 2 PhD crash experts, I’ll call them… it should have been game over. Even in hindsight, I still think the defense should have only called those 6 witnesses. I do know that Karen has lots of friends that she’s had for a very long time, from childhood to college that have supported her throughout this whole thing. But I’m sure a lot don’t want attention on them and they absolutely could be afraid of the Albert’s.

Who really did John wrong?

Three jurors have come forward to contact the Defence. They found Karen not guilty of charges 1 (murder) and 3 ( leaving the scene of an accident) .....they were hung on charge 2 (manslaughter) initially it was 6 NG and 6 G ......it then changed to 4 NG and 8 G. However Aunty Bev removed the 3 jurors that were NG as alternates .....which would have made NG 9 to 3 G !! Aunty Bev actively hid the not guilty charges from the Defence and thats why the jurors came forward!! Basically Aunty Bev is corrupt!! There is no other reason for her decision to hide this information from the public!! When you think these people cant get any worse they do .....the jurors also said they felt intimidated by Brian Albert, Jen McCabe and Colin Albert being in court during closing arguements because they kept staring at the jurors!!

Paul will not take her to civil court, he has no money, Karen had to pay his bail when he had the DUI accident, unless he uses the go fund me money that was collected for the children? But if he lost, which he would, he would not only have to pay his costs, he would have to pay hers, and we have seen her lawyers and witnesses, I dont think he would ever risk that!

And the simple fact is that if she was then why did the cops and their friends do so much to hide the truth? There is not one innocent reason to delete and destroy evidence if they were not involved.

@@MonarchMissy And no the only thing concrete was that he was NOT hit by a car. That’s testimony straight from 2 FBI experts. And they showed her taillight wasn’t broken into pieces until after it was taken into custody - which is another thing they had to lie about - when suv was towed. The pieces they conveniently found much later and not when they moved the body were on top of the snow which makes no sense no matter how you look at it. Funny how they missed all of those pieces initially. Pictures and video show the facts.

Karen is guilty. The evidence is clear that she hit John and left him to die alone in the snow. She was hammered - The Jury agreed guilty 10-2. I don't understand why the cards are going in the conspiracy theory direction. It's SUCH a rouse started by turtle boy who's facing felonies... Karen read will face justice for what she's done. RIP John and prayers to his family and friends.
