Haven't even watched the video yet, but I started checking comments to see if anyone mentioned Proctor and the dominoes. I watched a news report on Proctor being removed/reassigned (re-homed), and one of the first comments on the video referred to him being the first of the dominoes to fall. I hope he isn't just the fall guy for the rest of them.

Proctor won’t fall first UNLESS they offer him a deal on coming clean on ALL his criminal activities.Remember the corruption is very deep and FBI investigation into MSP was already underway before JOK was murdered. It goes much deeper than the overtime scandal. IMO Chris Albert knows and/or was also involved in corruption thus why Proctor was tapped.

It’s now come out that the jury was 12-0 not guilty on charges 1 and 3 and initially they were split on charge 2 6-6 and then final was 8-4. The defense has been contacted by several members of the jury to let them know that it would be against her rights to retry on all 3 counts. Defense filled a new motion as of yesterday.

I heard he went to court against his Mom to get custody of his niece and nephew...I wonder if there are hard feelings between her, the brother and John. Even wonder if they are planning civil suit (and wanted a guilty verdict for this). Paul, the brother, even threatened Karen as they were leaving court that day, yelling "I'm not done with you yet!". Karen even paid the find for the brother when he was in DUI wreck that left a man incapacitated. She also helped take care of his niece and nephew under his custody.

Thank you so much Ashley! It’s really been crazy at how many times there have been tech issues happen. Whether it was your camera shutting off, or in this case the sound. Thank you for staying on this case. It’s so important on so many levels. My gut feeling on this from the beginning once I realized who all the players were, was that the Brian Albert and/or Brian Higgins started the fight with John physically punching him. My feeling on that was Higgins was more mouthy than physical and it was Brian Albert who physically punched him. Which caused those injuries to his brain on those side lobes as the “brain” doctor testified to. Especially after hearing from the ME and the “brain doctor” who spoke specifically about where the major trauma was in his brain. I believe Brian Albert being the fighter that he denied to be, but was literally on a TV show that featured him and engaging in MMA type fighting. From everything I’ve heard, someone who knows these people personally said John’s injuries was “Brian Albert’s calling card”. I believe Colin, being who he is and not realizing the consequences of his actions because he was a 17yr old punk who got in many fist fights, picked up a weight of some kind from the weight bench. I picture like one of those round ones that you put on the actual bar, and hit John on the back of the head, causing that gash. I don’t think Brian Albert intended to unalive John, but was sticking up for his buddy Higgins & once the hit was done to the back of his head, that caused a lot of fractures to his skull. And then once that happened, John vomited & likely siezing and someone tried sitting him up as this was happening because traces of vomit was found on his boxers and not jeans. I believe his clothes were washed somehow, or certain parts of it was to destroy evidence, while in possession of Proctor for 3 weeks. He had plenty of time to figure out what needed to happen with those clothes. He could have easily sifted some pieces of taillight and put them on his clothes. To trust any of the evidence, means you have to trust Proctors handling of it and its chain of custody. Why did it take 3 weeks for him to hand in his clothing into evidence. That’s shady AF! Which I think the dog attacked sometime during this to protect her owner. Those are dog bites/scratches I don’t care what anyone says. I think the fact that they didn’t find dog DNA on the swabs of his clothing that was sent to the lab isn’t suspicious at all. We still don’t even know what part of his shirt was even swabbed. Proctor figured out how to clean up the clothes before submitting into evidence. I do think it’s very telling that pig DNA was found on his clothes. Canton is not a farm town whatsoever. But I know my dog loves pig ears. The whole thing with his clothes I don’t trust because of who had possession of them. I believe Karen was made to believe she could have hit him by Jenn McCabe. I think Kerri Robert’s was following Jenn’s lead as to how she behaved by taking of their shoes when they went back to the house to make sure he wasn’t there and Kerri was then in Jenn’s grip. It was all a stall tactic by Jenn & because Karen knew he’d never just not come home, she was freaking out, just as I would’ve been if I were in her shoes. The 911 call and the way she behaved on the stand tells you everything you need to know about Jenn McCabe. Then to say in that group message with herself, Matt McCabe, Brian Albert & Nicole Albert… those texts were chilling. They decided to not text about it anymore. And Jenn’s excuse for that wasn’t a good one. It made zero sense. The defense and prosecution was able to get all of this information regarding all of their text messages from the Federal investigation. The judge wouldn’t give them access to anyone’s phone records. There’s so much that the defense didn’t bring up because they called the perfect witnesses to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she didn’t hit him with her car. It scientifically couldn’t happen according to those 2 very qualified experts that the Feds independently hired and were available to both sides. The defense called them so they could say his injuries are not consistent with being struck by Karen’s Lexus. That’s it… it should have been game over. Those 2 witnesses were like the cherry on top of a stack full of reasonable doubt. I don’t know what went on with this jury, but we know at least 1 of the alternates was a clear not guilty vote. I can’t shake this feeling that someone got to them or they were afraid and intimidated by the Albert’s. That’s my gut feeling as to how this all occurred. I pray we get true justice for Officer John Okeefe. Karen Read is factually/mathematically innocent. Her name needs to be cleared! She is beyond strong. I truly don’t know how she does it. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I can only imagine how much more the Feds have on these people. They NEVER thought this was happen. Karen was supposed to plea. They thought they had it. And what’s really scary is how comfortable they were doing it. They thought they walked on water. The alternates picked were all clear NG votes based on what happened with one of the jurors who made a comment about how Karen “behaved” during trial. Whatever that means. The ones who told on this woman just happened to be picked as alternates? Something is very fishy with that! We never saw the #s pulled out. I literally trust zero of what any of these people do. From top to bottom. I put nothing past ANY of these people. We are living with a corrupt system with corrupt people in charge. It’s scary as hell if you ask me!

They also go quite often to cemetery ( where Jen's McCabe's mother is buried) now, probably because they can discuss things with each other undisturbed there. but this has also been noticed all of there cars parked over there. This is my belief too. Why else would so many adults agree to a huge coverup ? Only to protect a teen from incarceration at a young age. I now believe Colin punched JO, knocked him backwards & he fell against gym equipment. That either immediately killed him or left him unconscious. At the same time, Chloe was also attacking JO, protecting his owner/family. But IMO it was definitely Colin. No other way to get a myriad of adults to go in on a huge coverup AND, to also recruit your friends/coworkers in LE.

As they were leaving court after a mistrial was announced Paul O’Keefe was heard saying “ I’m not done with you yet “ and his wife was heard telling him to stop 😮 And who was he staring down when he was looking towards the jury during closing arguments. Because it said that there was an ex police officer on the jury. 😳

They all are lying in my opinion. On the 911 call she made she said they flipped him over on his back . If a car backs into you and you are facing towards the car , John would have been on his back, not face down in the snow. I didn't believe one word any of them said. Karen is NOT GUILTY. Just my opinion

Brian Albert was involved in the killing of another man, Steve Little, from Canton. The son of a man that knows about it, was on the stand early in the trial. He was the driver of the car that Ryan Nagel was in when he went to pick up his sister at the house the night John died. Maybe this is the son Ashley is talking about??

@@MoonShadows1995 people suspect that when Brian Albert had a friend replace the concrete basement floor ( was soaked with John’s 3 liters of blood, DNA) they threw all the debris in the pool and filled it in. All the kids in the house for Brian Albert Jr’s birthday also got new phones the next day. Some people say they threw all of their phones in the pool and others are saying even the dog might have been killed and thrown in the pool. Supposedly the dog was rehomed to a woman in Vermont. No one has ever seen the dog again so who knows.

Yes the ending was the first reading that I did that the sound didn't work I still put the reading in so you all could see what I was talking about and watch the cards come out if desired (its the reading I explained in the beginning that the sound didn't pick up)
