My wife and I had an opportunity to view this house in person with a friend of mind who is interested in purchasing it, it took 1 hr 45 min to view the entire house. I must say it's a dream home for any family. The video and pictures don't give you the real aspiration to truly appreciate the Elegance of it. to this day I often dream of living in it lol.

Fucknuts not true in order to even view a house like this you have to be pre-approved to buy it before hand

Fucknuts not for a regular house but on very high end multi million dollar mansions they have you be pre-approved just to view in order to keep away the gawkers and people that are going to wast there time its actually even the same thing for open houses where they will have invite only lists where you have to apply and prove that you can afford the house and all that.

I'm trying to wrap my mind around a 30,000 square foot house (!). 5,000 square feet is huge. And here we have six of that!

I was just driving down this street today taking a break from cleaning pools, HOLY SHIT, these houses are HUGE. I don't think I noticed this one, but I did see one that easily was over 30k square feet. I'd get lost in a house that huge.

John Lawry, I understand how you feel but seriously we toured all 3 floors and the pool house. How did this happen a friend of mind was going to purchase this house so we went with him to view it. I also meet the Realtor and to this day we still contact each other concerning the house. if you need proof I can get you the number to her office and she will verify my statement she's the sister of one of the owners. And no I don't have $16,000,000 lol if I did trust me I would build a family life center for the community center first.

Always makes you wonder what type of income these people make and you gotta love how their next gen wont have to do anything but be born... sum people get all the luck

Love the house but the decoration is HORRENDOUS!! Looks like a grandma threw up in there. I live in carlton woods and there are many homes that are way better looking and large. I Feel like a home of this caliber should be more tasteful. The plan of the home is incredible! but it needs to be one more lot over or two and actually have a gold course view and not a view of the neighbors home lol!!

"salle de bain?" "culinary center?" As if the house itself doesn't scream 'snooty' enough already...give me a break!
