80s UK TV adverts- Jan 1987

Captured from a VHS recording of Superman III in the Granada region in Jan 1987.
Things we learnt:
- Kids on planes LOVE toothpaste (including future Spice Girls- 01:48)
- The budget for the Colwyn Bay ad all must have gone on Richard Briers' voiceover
- Time travelling ad execs coming up with a product called 'Natwest Online' in 1987
- Gareth Hunt and co making the w@nker sign with a fistful of beans is an excellent way to sell coffee
- Toffee Crisps used to be 18p
- Ray Winstone has never been advert-averse
- There were non slicker than Whicker at taking the Barclaycard nicker
- Even Concorde wasn't spared in Maggies's great 80's state fire sale
- Cat food actually looked like cat food back then- ie horrendous horse-in-a-can, shovelled out with the worst fork in the drawer
