I have been a club dj since 1989 and I remember playing all these songs early in my career. They don"t make music like this anymore. I just wish you would have used the full 12" remix versions as some of these were 7 to 10 mins. long and sounded great. Other than that great selection and smooth mixing.

I wasn't old enough to go to the clubs in the 80s I was still a kid at the time. but I definitely remember the roller skating rinks. Cal skate in Grand terrace California was my playground at the time on the weekend. Man I wish I could go back to those days. Drugs, alcohol and prison ruin me for a little while. This music takes us back to our youth. I'm now a 45-year-old truck driver and your mixes make these lonely long drives much more better. Thank you DJ Paul for taking me back. Hey just wanted to say thanks for all your hard work as a trucker. Much respect. I know your old stomping grounds very well. I grew up in SGV but moved to the IE in 03 then back to SGV now in Ontario. Keep pumpin the jams!!!

I worked afternoon shift for a PD. I got off at 2300 hrs., then dashed home to change, then dashed off to dance! Diamond Girl was my song & they cleared the dance floor for me. Afterwards breakfast. I grew up in the 80s and me and my girls formed a group called Flygirls and we had house parties with this music....THIS mix just brings back sweet memories! Atlantis/Upper Level days. This is REAL music!!

These were the good ole days...oh how I miss them and the clubs

The bomb... memories, fake id's, Ft. Lauderdale and South Beach, after hours clubs, Miami vice, tripping on a moon, twirling and spinning on the dance floor we called it then. And of course the infamous flag dancers, the outrageous and out of control time of my life. Only 2 other friends have my memories. I was and am truly blessed to have such wonderful memories. You can't find clubs that stay open til 4 AM nowhere but NYC either (at least nowhere in the states I've been), babee! Damn, I miss those days. Best days of my life. Clubbing toll dawn with my siblings & our friends. We were a tight crew & went dancing together most every weekend. Again, best days of my life & some of the most memorable ones, as well.

Love love this music.....danced in a group.... Electric breakers....Club Gulf City..... Southland Mall....those were the days...

80's Back yard disco parties were the BEST! As were clubs like Florentine Gardens in Hollywood, Ca, Casa Camino Real in DTLA, Brandi's in Montebello, Ca etc... So many clubs in So Cal and ALWAYS a GREAT time!

I'm 59, had a mobile DJ business back in the late 80s and early 90s, used to spin at bars and bowling alleys. Used to play all this stuff!! Also used to love all the dance clubs that were around especially Pulsations!!!!❤👍

The music of today can't compare to the music from the 80's & 90's, it's timeless! Everytime I hear a song from that era it brings back memories thinking what I was doing in my life when this song was released . All I could say is how much I love this music! Hearing it remixed just makes me want to scream & get up & dance!

Still got some of my old moves n added a few more. I’m a mid size white boy that was always asked if I were part black. No good clubs where I live anymore. Used to spend the whole night on the dance floor. Now I’m 50 just don’t have the stamina do go all night

Born in 63 as well. Was a DJ in the 80s in south Florida, I also worked at The Record Bar and had fun finding these Extended Remixes on Vinyl for the local DJs. Had connections in Miami and New York. I was able to get them way before any of the other record stores. We jammed out in the store every Thursday as the DJs were shopping for new weekend music. Great memories. Times were more carefree then.

Omg! Wtf! Yes I was a Kingfisher and Lafayette Strip girl in late 80’s.. with that said ; I have had many physical challenges at 4/5/2015 and my career as a dancer and “ club kid” music has been my only solace too much me though my pain mentally physically and spiritually. Please don’t stop. Many blessings too u!!!!
