You could do this, but you would still need to do some machinework due to the varying block distortion with larger studs, which would require different piston to wall clearances and a fresh hone on the cylinder bores and main journals. At the absolute minimum, some Eagle rods & Wiseco pistons would be recommended since there is really no point to blueprinting an engine build correctly with OEM parts because you will eventually fold a rod or break a rod cap at that power level anyways.

Most of the Time KZreadrs have their cars and do pulls I saw this and knew it was fast just from the first pull

Do you use Traction Control on, when accelereting that hard? Is manufacturer original TC enough to handle and keep traction with such overboost?

No, I always turn it off. I can put a custom TC strategy in the tune but I haven’t done it yet.

What kind of rear wheels are on that Z? Like the 5 spoke design on those.

The VHR heads are infinitely better, and the extra displacement on the VHR helps. The tuning of the VHR ECU is also more flexible at this time, but that is subject to change.

Z1 or ISR headers on a VHR? Also w a Motordyne ported plenum and ported lower intake manifold how much gains could I expect over just having the big 4 (CAI, Headers + Test Pipes, CBE, w Injectors + Fuel Pump)? Also last question would I notice that big of a difference say 60-120 switching to 3.9 from 3.69 gears on a 5AT?

Motordyne will not make more peak power, it shifts power away from the higher RPMs typically. Z1 headers make great power as well, you will need 350Z DE test pipes for them to fit. I would keep the stock gears for best performance at high speeds.

Its already a fun car for me since my previous cars have been honda civics and accords(🐢). However my questions to you is how much HP can the 7AT handle and still be reliable ? And is a turbo out of the question ?

We usually keep them around 430wtq to retain reliability. I have pushed them farther but the flexplate is usually the first thing to go.

Yes - I drive it everyday and upgraded the turbo as well. The car makes 720whp on low boost and 840whp on 23psi now.

@@andrewkries6680 Yes, it can be done. This car has some weird issues with VVEL sensor position when the engine is first started cold but everytime thereafter it is fine, so I am really not trippin.

@@fellini7026 the BP kit with a PTE6875 turbo is what I had in this video and it made 804whp@22psi. I went to a PTE7675 turbo afterwards and made 840whp@23psi with a soft tune. The BP Kit is your best option and it is available on www.admintuning.com.

Only 60-130 I’ve run in this car was on low boost (15psi) and it was 6.14 seconds with full interior. 🙂
