Polaroid- I never thought I would see the Muppets in a commercial like this one, but it’s a real treat to see that it became a reality. The way Kermit the Frog was holding the Polaroid camera looks awkward for his very small hands. Ziploc Storage Bags- The depressed look on Bugs Bunny’s face after the announcer told him how expensive carrots have gotten is priceless.

That Ricardo Montalbán Chrysler commercial...Given that years later, William Shatner did a commercial for Oldsmobile with his daughter, I would have loved to have seen a Kirk and Khan match up where they race in their respective cars the actors would advertise for.

I'm afraid competition between GM and Chrysler alone would say no to that EPIC crossover campaign you had in mind, but... eh... XD

5:19 - Lady, if you knew what happened to those who doubt the awesome power of Clorox Pre-Wash, you wouldn't be so cocky. The look the guy gives her at 5:22 says it all. That's a total, "You wanna be sleepin' with the fishes tonight, lady?" look.

Cool to see Matt Bahr in the KFC ad! He would later go on to play for the Giants and win Super Bowl XXV (also won SB XIV w/ the Steelers!)

That KFC ad with Matt Bahr (alongside Steeler teammates including punter Craig Colquitt and future Hall-of-Fame cornerback Mel Blount) was already outdated, as Bahr ended up starting the 1981 season with the 49ers before being traded to Cleveland, where he spent most of his career.

I never knew Rizzo was featured in the Polaroid commercial with the Muppets, and this was from 1981, 3 years before Rizzo made his debut in The Muppets Take Manhattan.

Rizzo first appeared as a background character in "The Muppet Show" and made his film debut as a hotel bellboy in "The Great Muppet Caper", which was also produced in 1981.

Polaroid-surely M.Piggy had a word with Statler once they finished filming Lou Grant-poor Billie 😞 The Loving Process - Women-the second part"The Loving Process-Men" shouldve had Larry Hagman as host😁 1982 Chrysler Le Baron - surely all those car seats had Ricardo's favorite kind of leather Ziploc Storage Bags -Bugs would, later on down the line, find out how WB likes to save money..

"What *used to be* dime store items" is an accurate description as the cover price of the silver age comics there was only 12 cents. The news report was unfortunately not recorded on this tape.

09:04 is the main guy in this ad Garrett Brown? He played John Candy's brother in Uncle Buck, among other roles.

Leaning towards no. 8 years passed between that movie and this ad but the actor in Uncle Buck looks MUCH older.
