It's seriously impressive how you're able to do so much with so little. I'm currently building a full manufacturing shop from recycled/repurposed components and have been able to make a lot from unwanted items but you're on a whole different level. Great job

very impressive that you came up with a way to build a transformer welder. i didn't understand your schematic for the chock coils, and why move both electrode and cathode and why not wire it in such a way that you just move one terminal to a higher setting. also you might want to add a diode bridge and get a dc current with some kind of wire feed system your welds would be a lot more accurate and easier to control, cleaner too

Excelente trabalho. Parabéns! Na bobina secundário foram dadas 80 espiras de fio 5 AWG resultando em 80A. Pergunto: a) são duas bobinas primário, cada uma com 175 espiras de fio 12 AWG e no secundário duas boninas, cada uma com 80 espiras de fio 5AWG; b) para 110V e 220V, não deveria haver a metade de espiras no primário e secundário? Aguardo, por gentileza, resposta!
