In this video, How to make 55volt-0-55volt 10 ampere transformer. Here also show :-
* Center tab diode connection.
* Primary coil input ampere test using CT ampere meter when welding.
* Secondary coil output ampere test using CT ampere meter when welding.
* Secondary coil DC output voltage 68volt and current 20ampere testing.
* With capacitor welding test.

1. This transformer is mainly used for hi-fi audio amplifier.
2.This transformer can use as step down transformer 110 volt AC 5 Ampere.
3. You can get from this transformer using center tap connection and high ampere Diode 55 volt DC 20 ampere current. Which is work as a Welding. Machine that is show in this video.

Some important things to make this Transformer.
1. EI Core No. 43 OR 7 total 6 kilogram, Hard paper, Layer paper, 1/2 inch cotton tape, Cello tape, Some wood for bobbin making.
2. For 230 volt AC input Primary coil :-
Wire gauge SWG 18 OR 1.22mm Pure copper wire, 1.2 kilogram copper wire, Total number of turn 320, Total number of layer 12, Total turn of layer 24 to 27 depend on space, Bobbin size - width 52mm x length 65mm x height 40mm.
3. For 110 volt AC output Secondary coil :-
Wire gauge SWG 14 OR 2.03mm Pure copper wire, 1.2 kilogram copper wire, Total number of turn 134, Center tab after 67 turns, Total number of layer 10, Total turn of layer 13, Bobbin size - width 52mm x length 65mm x height 35mm.
