Great video history of Kawasaki Moto GP I can only imagine if they would have stayed with their program the ZX10RR world have been getting technology just like Ducati and Yamaha are doing with their WSBK bikes and Rea would have a weapon to fight with hopefully Kawasaki get their act together

A shame Kawasaki pulled out of GP racing.. It’s always a better spectacle when all the main manufacturers are there. Kawasaki need to put more effort into their WSBK team too. Losing JR isn’t great.. I just hope the WSBK team doesn’t slip away into obscurity..

I don't think the result is bad, considering so many 2nd finishes. Technically Kawasaki is so strong. It's more about consistency and operation.

I usually hate AI narrated videos. They're cheap, tacky and cringey but this video wasn't bad. Full of good, accurate information on one of the most iconic and unique motorcycles ever to grace the motogp grid.

Decided to research each of the Big 4’s value. Kawasaki’s value is the lowest of the four. I believe the order is Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha then Kawasaki. Honda having 5x the overall value of Suzuki, which has 3x the value of Yamaha and Kawasaki.

@@TheSteveSteele because Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda produced scooters or underbones while Kawasaki right now only produced Sport Bikes, and Dirtbikes.

Fantastic looking and interesting video of the ZX-RR, I've been finding it quite hard reasearching the various versions as they don't get the attention the others makes do - particularly the 'in-between' 2006 version (5th one along in the line) with that interesting more rounded 'Mouth sticking out it's bottom lip' fairing, From what I've managed to find out, 2006 first had a more 2005 (3rd along) like elipical mouth fairing, then was changed to the one pictured, then changed again to a more stretched out 'Chin out' 2007 (6th along) like fairing - to be honest i'm more into aesthetics and bodywork rather than valve shapes etc - love that picture of them all lined up at the end (although it seems '04 and '05 are the wrong way round in the line? and it's a shame you didn't incude a pic of the MKI and III 2006s). Please everyone also remember Kawasakis OTHER Factory Premier GP bike. the fabulous '80/'81'/82 (three versions) Square Four KR500, and also the many versions of the H1R 500 Triple before it.

Good video. Always felt it was a shame Kawasaki pulled out, but look at the huge amounts of money being thrown into it when you were up against Honda and Yamaha. It was probably the right decision in the end, given WSBK success. But how good would it be to see them up top in MotoGP?

MotoGP does not go at full speed because less than 400km has to reduce gas to corner, so no one knows what its actual speed is. MotoGP has its own seamless gearbox ($500,000 many times more than H2R) accelerates better, without losing lag when shifting. Kawashaki didn't have the technological and financial capacity to enter the toughest arena on the planet, so they built this car. For example, BMW and Toyota cannot participate in F1 so they cannot produce competing supercars vs Bugatti, Posch, Lambo, Ferrari and Honda. Usually, every 4 laps of MotoGP racing overtakes H2R for 1 lap, then what else to race?
