8 Ways to Approach the Bible | Lesson 6 of Bible Matters | Study with John Bevere
The way in which we approach the Bible will determine what we’ll receive from it. That’s why it’s important to prepare our hearts to study God’s Word.
In this lesson, Addison and I explain how studying the Bible should be done prayerfully, reverently, desperately, and consistently-which will lead to experiencing the Scriptures in a powerful and profound way.

John… this teaching was such a blessing but seeing your son share the same passion for God’s word and seeing you talk together about it was a great blessing as well. God bless you both. Thank you for being obedient and doing what God has called you to do!
I think I had lost my passion for the Word of God. Not only was this teaching a blessing but seeing your son share the same passion for the Word is even more of a blessing. What a great legacy.
Amen
Awesome teaching ❤️ 👏 so bless to watch you and your son. Share the bible. Wow, it is so amazing to see your family bless from the Lord and hungry for the Lord.👏 ❤️ 😍 🙌 💖 Watching you and your son, my heart goes for my family to be like this, to love ❤️ talking and share about God and things about God. 😢😅😊😂❤
During the pandemic I was drawn to Psalm 37. I would hardly open my eyes and the Psalm would come to mind. Instead of living in fear He spoke of not fretting over evil doers. It was a beautiful season instead of a fearful season. He works in ways others can't see but is an Anchor for our souls. Thank you....very encouraging.

Me too! Psalm 37 was my go to for comfort.
This was such a profound and rich teaching thank you
This is awesome! Thank you so much! I think your son has a teaching gift also. His explanations are really helping me!
Ohhh man! I feel God highlighting entertainment for me here. What Addison said about filling yourself w/ other thi gs makes you less hungry for God's word. This message I feel is almost similar to what John and Lisa posted today Morning. May I ask for prayer, that I would surrender the need to be entertained and dive deeper into God's word! It's what I hear God calling me to do! But I fail every now and then. Thank you Beveres❤❤❤
You all are a fantastic blessing. Thank God for your lives thank you so much for this study. God always bless you Pastor Bevere and your beautiful family

Amen! Thank you Lord Jesus

Hello Psalm 119
How do you invite someone to speak and then you out talk them. Did he have too much coffee this morning. It’s annoying. Hopefully he’ll look at this and make some adjustments. Great topic tho.
You lost me on how many times you've flown in a airplane and right after you said that the other guy mentioned humility.
