Thank you so much for sharing this incredibly insightful video! 🙌🌟 Your tips on avoiding rookie mistakes when starting a business are precious and practical. I appreciate the detailed breakdown of how having a clear, solid business plan, and surrounding oneself with like-minded individuals can make all the difference. Your emphasis on the importance of taking breaks and reflecting is also something I resonate with deeply. 🤔💼💡 Could you provide more insights on effectively adjusting a business plan along the entrepreneurial journey? What are some specific strategies or best practices for this? Thank you in advance!

Thank you so much, I’m so happy you found it helpful ☺️ I think that depends on your business, but its always helpful to have a plan that (not only but especially) includes a proper and promising business model, aka a plan how to make money, as well as a go to market strategy, aka a plan how to get (first) customers. And on top of it all, a clear problem definition and how you’re planning on solving that problem, aka who would pay you for what you’re offering and what they would choose your offering over the competitors’. And then regularly checking if you’re still on the right journey, and adjusting the plan if needed (which will most likely happen):)

Feel you on this I was really into multiple streams of income but I've dialed back in a similar way. One great tip is to right size tasks and to stop thinking I can complete 100 things in one day lol

Oh definitely haha that overestimating of what I can fit into one day still happens to me way too often😅

Along with plan have a deadline, don't be like me who has many false starts as I get stuck in planning and building stage but since I took so long I have to step back as I have other responsibilities now. Its fine to miss your deadline (and set a new one) but having a deadline lets you follow the last 2 points your mentioned, tracking and reflecting. Very important to chase your goals and reflect why you failed on your deadline. This not only helps with forcing to launch even if you don't feel like you are at 100%. Because in reality, you never will be. (at this point it feels more like a stern talk to myself. oops lol) I like the idea of parallel progress not being context switching but more like longer phases of task switching, I been struggling to work on multiple things regularly and sometimes I feel forcing myself to switch to something else just because I want to work on "everything" regularly pulls me out of a flow I am in the current task. I am going to plan out my things as per that and try it out. Having a flexible way to do things in parallel might help. Thank you for that advice. I suck at time tracking and so I rarely reflect on my progress or failures. Need to get in the habit of time tracking, I keep forgetting, "you can't measure, what you don't track". Have a great day and good luck with your business! Can't wait for you to make a video titled, "How I went from a burned out entrepreneur to creating a $1M ARR business in x months" :)

True words! I use toggle track (free) for time tracking, that made it easier for me to get into the habit of tracking - maybe give that a try:) Hehe stay tuned for that video:D
