I'm a social media manager for 7 figure creators and girl when I tell you YOU'VE HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD with this advice. I really love how you're encouraging people to show up authentically rather than follow the 'hacks' that everyone's repeating. We have to remember that 'audiences' are people who can tell if you're trying to grow versus sharing things you're passionate about. Love love love this video and following your journey 🙌🏻

Hey! I am also a social media manager. But working as an intern so can you give me some tips and tricks on how to become best in my job? 😅 I am learning currently. So if you can help me a little that would be great. Thank you!! I hope you see this message.
Still a small artist. Social media never felt like home to me. It was always having to change just because the algorithm didn't approve of my ideas. It made me doubt if I was really worthy. "If you're creating for the algorithm, why are you creating at all?" so true. Thanks for actually being helpful. I hope to build a community that makes people of all kinds feel invited.

Thank you so much Leelee 🥰
I’m so glad I found this after only a month of trying to grow my platform. Only a month, and I was getting burnt out! What you said makes so much sense, why create at all if it's just for the algorithm?? Like you, I prefer longer, storytelling content. It's an art to me. I made an easy 5 second reel with a trending sound that really has nothing to do with brand, and ended up with over 25k views and way too many follows. I say that because I knew they weren't following me for the reason I wanted them to, and they didn't realize what my brand really was when they hit follow. So I ended up archiving that reel so I could attract the audience I want to attract. Ah well, you learn as you go!!! Thank you for this!!
Im not the type of people who comments on other people videos but you just helped me a lot to understand things I didn’t know I need to. So thanks 😊
As a social media manager I totally agree with your message! Creating a unique social strategy that fits your goals is way better than just following cookie cutter tip and tricks advice. Also, your artwork is gorgeous and I’m so very happy you’ve had this success!
I love that you said you FOUND YOUR CONTENT STYLE… very very important. It’s not only about the content but HOW PACKAGE IT MATTERS( i am not shouting i promise) our way of telling the story matters

Thank you for the tips! I am a digital marketer who is winning my battle with depression and anxiety. I want to offer digital marketing courses to people struggling with depression and anxiety as well. I know it seems kinda weird because we are the type of people who don't like engaging much... but the more I work, the more I realize that it is doable. We all just need a little more help than usual. And you're so right about branding. I am staying true to my brand and not to trends so that my target audience can actually find me. 😊
So glad I ran into this video only 2 months after starting my KZread, and not YEARS after!! Thank you so much for your insight. I get carried away trying to post once a week while also having a fulltime job and balancing my life that I’ve been cramming and uploading projects I’m not super happy with because I HAVE to or else the algorithm with forget I exist. You’ve taught me to be authentic, and naturally what I love to do and produce will find its way. Success doesn’t need to be measured out with numbers, but rather I am successful because I’m doing what I love.
This was actually a really helpful video. Usually you get stuck in tutorial hell and end up with more questions than answers, but this video managed to nail a lot of uncertainties. Thank you :)
This video is great. As someone that has started an small business recently (graphic design studio) and is struggling to get clients and create content this has been super helpful. I'm tired of seeing big creators gatekeep information and give vague and generic advice.

You should consider launching a Kickstarter! I think what you're doing with this book and your art is going to be BIGGER than you've Imagined and more amazing than you realize. Once more people hear your story and see your talent, they will want to be part of your journey. You're already sharing your inspiration, the challenges you've faced, and the vision you have for the future. I love your passion it's so inspiring! I agree with you Chantelle, I am a social media manager and most growth gurus grow because people want to grow, so once they say, 'let me show you how to grow online' people will automatically want to know the 'how'. Growing organically isn't as rosy as they protray it because different things work for different accounts.

I can’t really tell if they stated anywhere if someone like me could use their music in a video? Does anyone know anything about it?
