After i left the Great Sky Island i came back a few times, because i love these sky islands!

After getting the paraglider, and seeing the first blood moon, come back to the Great Sky Island and fight the Flux Construct again. If you fuse the Flux Core I with a construct sword or spear from one of the first few shrines on the surface, it will count as a Zonai device and get a bonus +3 damage.

You can also do it with others like the Gerudo highlands sky construct witch drops a level 3 core.

You didnt even mention the clothing or its locations. Or which order you should do the shrines because i feel like i did them the wrong way. Lot of backtracking since you cant fast travel til prolly after the temple
