Why are toxic people obsessed with you? It’s so annoying.

Silence, disregard or belittling are sometimes good feedback in its own twisted, jealous way. You know you're doing good stuff. Keep going, Soldier, it is the most intimidating way to trigger hateful persons.

This is my current coworker. Been dealing with it for 2 years and i am happy to say i am just wweks away from starting a new job at a new organization. She ticked off every item on the list.

with me it's the opposite----I'm the older one and the woman that's jealous is not only younger, but is from a different culture. Makes no sense to me. I almost think I know TOO much and that she can't catch up!

When I was younger, yes. Older women picked on me. But im older, the younger people think they are hot shit. Ppl suck period. They are not your friends

I am dealing with someone who is very young, not very mature, with a bad attitude. What should i do? I'm not a very assertive person and i don't what to do next.
