I picked up a secondhand Loewe Puzzle four months ago, and I'm so surprised by how much I've used it! You can get a real deal for something next to new, and it looks great for work and casually

Not to be an enabler 😇 but I totally support you getting the Loewe Puzzle! You would be amazed at how practical it is!! I have one and it is my most used and (and most abused) bag. It looks good with everything, can be used for day or night, carries more than you think, and holds up amazingly well, no matter what I try to cram in it or what I knock it against. I always take it traveling because it can be folded flat in your suitcase! Anyway, just two cents from a random internet person who really enjoys your videos 😊

honestly, i don't know anyone who has it who doesn't like it! i love how versatile and how practical it is. it's also such a beautiful bag. it's taking a lot of willpower to not go out and just buy it! thanks so much for sharing your thoughts - it all goes on the list of 'reasons why i need to buy a loewe bag'

First, thanks for your videos. Love all your content! Just a quick callout for anyone interested, Bottega Veneta also offers similar complimentary after sales service (like leather cleaning, etc) as Loewe.

Great video! I definitely agree with most of these points. I’ve always had the mindset of considered purchasing when buying bags. What I’ve learnt over the years is that I really appreciate understated luxury (minimal branding) where the quality and craftsmanship of the brand coupled with the level of service the brand provides their customers really matter the most to me. I also like bags that can be worn in different ways increasing their value in regards to their purpose/use/appearance (examples Loewe flamenco, Celine cabas phantom, Fendi peekaboo). Re-sale value doesn’t enter my mind as I never purchase bags with the intention to sell and if I were to sell a bag I would expect to take a big loss. My only reasoning to sell (or give away) a bag is if I really saw no purpose for it in my life and someone else could. Tbh I would rather donate than sell. I am in the same boat as you regarding the Loewe puzzle bag in small and in tan. I cannot get that bag out of my head!

that's so interesting to hear your thought process too - thanks so much for sharing. i know of a lot of people who really prioritise resale value so it's nice to hear from those that are on the other end of the spectrum. the loewe puzzle is such a beautiful bag! I'm really hoping I can add one later this year, if not next year!

If you buy a bag from Coach the store will clean it for you when you take it in. They recommend you bring it in every 3 months. Free bag spa is good service!

Thanks so much! There are quite a few popping up online but the import taxes are a killer! It’s almost encouraging me to buy it new. Ah yes, that’s an old toteme coat, it’s their signature coat but that was a seasonal print :)

Celine has the same service, at least in Europe once in a year you can get it :)

Hi Vee, just wondering when you buy from overseas merchant like Sezane, if you need to return items, does the foreign transaction fee get refunded too? Thanks

I bought Preloved once. Even though I am 98% sure it is authentic and I had it authenticated I still worry it’s not anytime I used it. Since then I only shop from store because I could not rid myself of the doubt that I may have been wrong it is authentic
