You didn't lose too much hair, it's the shed hair trapped within your hair that came out.

yes, i did wash my hair for the first 6 months(2 or 3 times each month).Only didn't wash for the last 2 months.

I had a job that was very draining(7 days a week) and I was very busy and unsettled at the time. And I prefer to do my takedown myself..
