12 hr a week working out, workouts should atleast 1 hour max per day.. working out 5 days a week is ideal, given 2 days recovery

I like that you did some calculations for lazy people. Laziness is exactly why more people aren't successful, I believe there would be more successful people in the world If everyone had a more difficult life that is exactly why so many immigrants that come here succeed they came from challenging situations that most people have never experienced and couldn't live a month in their shoes. If you haven't tried listening to youtube videos at 2x speed, try it I suggest using captions as well and actively listen and read ready to take notes. You'll be surprised that you can maintain focus up to 800 words per minute, I learned this from a neighbor who is blind. Contemplate the possibilities. Have a wonderful day Sir!

@@LuchoIsCuttin bro, cortisol jumps up right around an hour of weight training. If you dropped down to an hour, you’d probably notice much more gains. And if you’re going 2 hours straight, probably not working out hard enough.
