Hey Toni! Love your channel so much and appreciate all you do to provide us with quality content❤❤❤ I have a question for you. I’ve been on my fitness journey for over a decade. I think I’m so close to my goal. The issue I have is with my hammies!! My quads like soooo nice. I have good definition and everything. But my hamstrings have crazy cellulite. I’m not a runner and don’t care for much cardio but I do superset and triset. In my mind that should be enough to work up my heart. I just want my hammies to be nice and defined like my quads. Maybe you can shed a little light on subjects like this❤❤❤❤

You have good balance on swinging leg..I can't lol😂.. I'm trying to get back to working out my legs after years..I'm going to do weights from home because I never gone to the Gym I don't know how to use the machines lol..Any ways can you show how to build leg growth on basic machines that we have at home like curl machines..I want to grow hamstring, glute,calves. That's my weakness..when I uses to work out 8 years ago my quads would tk over I would be flat from my hamstring because they wouldn't grow..🤦🏻♀️ I don't want to do that mistake 😕 again
