8 Low Vibe Things I GAVE UP To Transform My Life and ✨Raise my Vibration✨

Today, let’s talk about the things that I’ve cut out of my life over the last several years because they didn’t align with the version of myself that I wanted to become - they didn’t make me feel good - and were overall low vibe.
But what exactly does low vibe mean?
When we talk about vibrations - it comes from a place of energetic alignment - everything around us is energy vibration at different frequencies - so the things we add or subtract from our life automatically affect our frequency and energy. There’s this very famous map of consciousness which was given by a internationally renowned spiritual teacher, psychiatrist, David R Hawkins and if you look at this - it shows the different states of being that are tehre and it corresponds different emotions to each state and you can see that all of these emotions are in the lower vibe area such as fear guilt and anger and as we go higher we have joy, peace, and enlightenment

Excessive self help is like a toxic pill and instagram recommendation in reels is even more toxic . its necessary to click not interested in social media platforms . many people are unaware and consume lots of content on depression , loneliness , Vengeance , too much masculinity and think that they are relatable which leads to more depression . Your video is the best on youtube and its underrated .

What a ''wow" video! Short and crisp content. I have cut off all the drama from my life and also stopped negative self talk. And trust me it really makes a huge impact gradually, you also start replacing your NO's with positive words and it also helps you improve your english indirectly. When you are self satisfied shift happens. of course we can't immediately avoid negative environment but we can change the perspective and learn how to deal with negativity before coming out of it completely. Adete really looking forward to meet you :-) You have really inspired and compelled me to raise my standard and now I am really happy raising my standards. Just want to tell you guys - Decluttering is really important from your ''Place you stay" and ""The mindset you have" it saves your energy and a lot of time. Happy living! 🙂 LOVE FROM PUNE

I was literally writing journal exactly how low vibe people, Content made my years gone into drain. My whole teenage years. (I'm almost 20, end of teenager) worst phase. Mistakes i made too. 1. Hanging out with Low vibe people, don't open up to people you don't freaking trust. Don't share your information. Don't get into gossips. And the only way you'll leave all these is by finding something higher. So high that gossips and some drinks with toxic people doesn't even matter. You'll find them not worthy, but you need higher goals for that. 2. Too much self help content consuming, and there is a term "mental masturbation" which people do, while watching self help contents. I see your videos as completely different and unique. You stand out. Thanks a lot. ❤
