ABOUT THIS CHANNEL | I am a wife to an exceptional man, a mother to beloved daughters, a diligent homemaker, and a businesswoman. But before all these roles I am a woman who belongs to The Lord. A daughter to the God of The Bible through the work of my savior Jesus Christ. On this channel, you will enjoy content designed to cultivate a rich experience of biblical womanhood. You will be encouraged to place your true hope and faith in the Lord. You will also hear hard discussions about accountability and personal responsibility for your life and what it produces. We embrace real character and integrity as much as we do physical beauty and femininity. We are called to be women of our Father's Kingdom and to honor Him with our speech, actions, and our modest yet feminine dress. I would love to have you along for the ride as we embrace a manner of life that brings honor to the name of our Father and get to the work of accomplishing our mission.

Im in the thick of toddlerhood right now. I’m not perfect but I read 5 chapters of the Bible to the kids before bed time. I finished reading Matthew to them we are on Mark. They play while I read and to my amazement my 4 year old asks me to read more. My goal is to read the entire Bible to them each year. Prayers I teach my 4 year old today she had difficulty sharing so I taught “Jesus help me share please amen.” She immediately was able to share for the rest of the day. Another prayer for the morning is “Holy Spirit fill me up with your presence please Amen.” The kids love worship songs and to sing to them. When my daughter is playing by herself she is singing and humming worship songs. Listener kids is a pretty good KZread page.

I absolutely aspire to be woman like you. Being 16 surrounded by western world ideologies and beliefs, I find it difficult to represent myself as a true child of God. I tried to start wearing head turbans and long skirts/dresses, but my mom said they were for older ladies😭. So I'm figuring out how to dress "modest" and still "youthful". Also most importantly building my character for God.

I am amazed that many are able to homeschool. They truly must have been raised in a way to be ready to take that on. It is a mindset / lifestyle, and your home needs to accommodate that. Many of these women husbands are able to work from home and hands on grandparents or other relatives live nearby. By the time I realized how important it was to have Church friends / community, it was too late and overwhelming to start homeschooling. My kids have all gone to public school, thankfully this area is not as liberal / progressive as other school districts. I am a (white) Traditional Catholic and am always thinking about what it means to be a Woman / be Feminine. Thank you, Bindi for this channel!!

@@slowroastedmarshmallow9226 just wanted to share, God can move you into this any time. I did not grow up homeschooled or have any idea what that would look like. We don't live in a home that you would think had space to homeschool (no separate homeschool room, we just use the kitchen table). My husband doesn't work from home... he's a contractor, so definitely out of the home. And grandparents are over 4 hours away. We see them a few times a year. We have 4 kids, 2 in school and 2 still too young. I'm also pregnant with number 5. You don't have to have a specific kind of family, home or upbringing. Hi thank you for the video! I have two young boys at home (2 1/2 and a 3 month old) and my husband and I struggle with creating good habits but here is what we got so far: -going to church weekly, even if its just online. This one was tough for me because I never went when I was a child -going for family walks a least once a week -having dinner with each other AT THE TABLE. I never ate at a dining room table when I was a kid, my family didnt have one so this one is more difficult than I thought - keeping a Sabbath day ( I try for Saturday and then Sunday the Lord's day) This one is also difficult! Lots of prep -keeping a low carb diet. My husband and I avoid cheap carbs throughout the week. This has gotten easier actually -Going outside, even if it's just for 20-30 minute walk to the grocery store and back Things that need work: -less tv! -I need to read my bible more. I listen to the christian radio station in my car often but I'm stuck on Kings 2 right now lol -maybe a more accurate cleaning schedule. My previous one is working against having a new born -need to be around more christians :/ -my attitude!

Some habits we implement are- Eating at home for dinner together Bedtime routine. We read to our daughter and then have time to read and spend time together. Fasting together on Fridays, and my favorites, preparing for sabbath. Sabbath on Saturdays Phones off at 8pm and all day Saturdays. It can take time to slowly add all these things to your life. A habit I love from that book is “we become out habits, and our children become like us.” I love learning from you, Bindi!

Thanks for sharing these tips. One habit is singing and worshiping together. My children are 8 months old & my second is in utero (5 months pregnant) but these babies are old enough to hear my voice. So I want them to hear me worshiping the Lord. As a result, we sing hymns and gospel songs as we clean and at night we sing with my husband after he reads a chapter of the bible, prays, and we give out kisses

Kudos to you for making this plan before the kids get there. I did everything a little too fast and backtracking is not easy with wrong habits or behaviors. It ends up feeling disjointed to the family to have to go back all the time and say “hey family, let’s start doing this because I just realize it is good” Try to prayerfully design your life before the first one pops so you can give them a sweet and steady and sober experience of life. Great video Sis 🙏🏾 My family are followers of The Way so a lot of our daily activities and interactions in our community are Biblically influenced. We pray multiple times a day (whether we're together or not) and everyday at noon we gather (via conference call) with our church family for prayer and a short teaching. We adhere to the dietary law in the Word so we are always talking about what we can or can't consume with our son. We also recognize the Sabbath and set it apart, including all the Holy Days of the Bible. My son does see other people and families celebrating holidays and it always brings forth a teaching moment about the roots of different holidays and gives us a chance to reaffirm what we celebrate. Our lifestyle and beliefs are definitely not typical, but we wouldn't have it any other way. 🙏🏾

    @psalms50_5

    Жыл бұрын

@@smaragdstyle710 yes, without being too long winded we follow the 10 commandments in Exodus 20 KJV. We believe that the law was never "done away with" per Christs own words in Matt 5: 17-19. That the only thing "nailed to the cross" was the sacrificial law and the immediate judgment of sin (hence grace). Therefore we honor the Sabbath day (4th commandment) and we adhere to the laws in Leviticus and the Holy Days. We are aware swine and unclean foods are in everything so we research everything that comes in our home to the best of our abilities. Passover is soon approaching, and we celebrate in March based on the Enochian calendar. Most, if not all holidays are pagan. To ensure what we celebrate aligns with the Word of God we don't participate in any holidays including birthday 🎂 celebrations. I guess we would be considered pre-Constantine followers of Christ. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Another idea: Music All Around. When we're on a road trip (long or short), we each take turns choosing songs that we listen to together. We hear gospel, contemporary Christian, African, jazz, R&B, K-Pop, movie & video game themes, etc. (Note: We don't feel that all secular music is bad.) The only rules: the choices must be clean and there's no judgement. This allows for family bonding and expansion of each of our musical worlds. It also gives us parents the chance to hear what our children are listening to. Sometimes we have discussions about lyrics, etc. We have several children, ranging in age from 34 to 15. My husband and I have learned to allow each of them to have their own interests, without judgement (as long as the interest isn't ungodly). MAA has been a fun way to do that. Thanks for what you do, Bindi. The info you share is valuable.

Appreciate this video very much. My husband and I instill positive phrases and sayings that reflect our values in a concise and age appropriate way as a way of instilling positive habits in our children’s upbringing. Sayings like “health is wealth,” for example. It’s simple, fun, and our kiddos love it.

One habit i have begun is praying for my local church, the body of believers, our staff, for those in the community our church can minister to- i drive past the church building everyday on my way to work. I turn off whatever I'm listening to and say an intentional prayer for a few moments.

How exciting to watch another video from you! I “liked” it before starting watching because I knew it would be good. Love all the family habits you have, your biblical way of living, the way you lead by example and teach your kids how to honor the Lord. I also admire all your homemaking tips. I honestly enjoyed just watching you clean and it inspired me to go ahead and tackle my bathrooms as well. If you could would love to know about your cleaning schedule routine if you have one. Also would love to know more about your daily routine, from morning to evening how does a typical day look for you. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and glorifying the Lord through your content ❤️

Bindi, I am so happy I stumbled upon your channel yesterday. You are everything I aspire to be - godly, feminine, a dedicated keeper of the home. Wives/mothers set the tone of the home and I feel guilty that I have really struggled with keeping up with home organization and cleaning since giving birth to my twins 10 months ago. Some days, I just want to curl up and nap the day away because I’m so overwhelmed. The mess and disorganization doesn’t just go away, though. This video was very helpful to me and showed some really great “ground rules” for keeping our house (and life!) organized and on the right track. Blessings on you and your family! 🤍

I think what I remember the most from growing up that truly shaped me was dinner time every night with the family and weekend breakfast together. I wish more families did that and actually saw the value in it. A tradition my parents had toward us kids (we all are grown now) was the "right of passage". At foundational ages, they had discussions with us on how we have grown and their new expectations of us and what strengths they saw in us. It was individual of course to each child. I found this extremely helpful to know what my parents expected and what they valued whether I obeyed or not. I knew it. My memory was 10, 12-13, 16, 18 and 21.

I'm currently a family of one (kinda) I help look after my 3 nephews... I wrote a children's book about prayers, & I use it to teach them, discuss (I turn it into a devotional) ... I'm grateful for these opportunities & others like household responsibilities (I wasn't always thrilled about the cleaning as I felt like a maid/like I was the ONLY one cleaning) but I thank God for the practice before I become a wife & a mother of different ways I can please God with my home, how I can change the atmosphere to a peaceful & comfortable place... I know I'm all over the place with this comment, but I'm soo glad I came across this video... I've learned that your prospective on things can greatly change your feelings, mood, or the reason why you do things... when I look at the things God has blessed me with, it's a blessing to steward those things well & not a chore... I'm currently writing a children's book that will be bible stories, I can't wait to have my own babies to start my own routines with...I love the family walks idea, I do that now but use it as alone time with God, I probably would also add picnics because again I do that on my own & would love to incorporate my family, once God blesses me with one! 💕🥰

In lieu of starting a family sometime later this year, my husband and I have begun calling Sundays "Family Day." I go to church, we don't work, and in the evening we have a wonderful supper that takes a bit more work. At the end of the day my husband blesses me. It's wonderful and restorative. I try to get all the housework and major food prep out of the way so we can just enjoy.

I am loving your content! As one who desires to have a family… I have been searching for a framework to look to when establishing order and structure in the home. It is beautiful how when we are aligned with God’s way regarding homemaking, etc… it naturally feels right. As you have mentioned in a past video, it feels deeply satisfying. These ways are not taught in our current culture. It is so encouraging to hear women like you who are keeping the original way. I could say more! Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts Bindi! The most beneficial observance that my family and I hold near and dear is the observance of the Sabbath Day. God blessed and sanctified this day at creation for all mankind, and my family and I rest as he did. Gen 2:2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. Gen 2:3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. This is the only one of God's 10 commandments that Christians justify breaking although there is no Scripture in the Bible expressly altering this command. Praying for everyone to understand and obey the truth ❤️
