Simple exercise for anyone struggling with overtrading: drive on the highway and ask yourself before you make any kind of lane change- Why? Force yourself to think. What condition has been met to justify this need for action? Then think, what sequence must I follow to complete this action safely? Then (and only then) execute your lane change. He is right with the twitter type of people if you cant even do simple stuff and always rely on someone else to spoon feed you, trading is not for you and you're just there for the hope of get rich quick. This career require you to be proactive and one step ahead, it is like a chess game.
