Been bass fishing for about 3 years now. Picked it up later in life than a lot of folks. You guys have contributed to a HUGE improvement in my skill and knowledge. Thank you for everything you do to share and spread good information. I had never heard of a swing head jig until your video about it recently. Picked up the gear, threw it the next day, caught a great fish in the first 10 minutes. Amazing stuff, keep it up fellas!

So much knowledge due to the way you on point describe each bait, what it does, how to fish it, the environments, your tone of voice with the sound effects. Haha, man your great! @@Ncbasspuller when we first used the OG for bass fishing we started with a 60g which is twice the size of the model Matt has in this video. We caught everything from small 1lb bass all the way up to 5lb spots. Don’t let the size get you man

I love the pikupiku on my bfs set-up! It hands down just works!

I have a Wakebait tied on when ever I fish. I loud looks great! The giant Buzzjet is insane as well as the smaller ones but at night, the big Buzzjet and Mega Pompadour are absolutely insane!Also love the big bubble walker. Also the chuggin Spook is soooo money! I fish Smaller ponds picking things apart.

Love your vids! Another great but obscure one you should add to this list is the tiemco red pepper. Crazy action and catches fish!

That hellraiser is a fun lure to fish. Definitely goofy, but it works great if you throw it under overhanging trees and burn it to the surface before working it back moderately.

After watching Roland Martin catch big bass on The Helicopter lure back in the day, im convinced bass will hit anything that's coming across the top if the conditions are right....nevertheless, I'll keep buying lures for my collection 😂 agree 100% on showing fish sonething different every now & then...the 9" Slug go soft jerkbait was that bait for me, which i guarantee no one was throwing this spring...worked great! Im going to take overlooked baits this weekend & see what happens

I used that last year...got some big blowups, but it did bend pretty bad....didn't run right after that

Another great video Matt. I have another unique lure that almost no one is using. Have you tried the iBobber robotic jerkbait called a snappr. It's a crazy bait that is charged with a USB charging cable. The jerkbait’s secondary action is what is unique. The lure flashes and vibrates. It us on the pause that this bait catches the most fish. It works great with bass but is a killer bait for walleye and pike as well. Try it and let me know 😉

Try the Raid D Walker. The wierdest bait I have seen but it catches huge bass!

Facts matt! I just spent 2 days catching smallies on rats on a popular lake up north in a shallow marina. 22lbs of smallies that clearly havent had a rat thrown at them in 2ft of water. So sick.

The Zman Hellraizer is a great bait that needs an upgrade. The wire that connects the blade to the body is too weak. My first bass, weighing 1.5 lbs, bent it it 90 degrees. The second bass, about 2 pounds, broke the wire.

I still remember being a young teenage who fished casually with night crawlers and I was riding my bike back home and noticed something tangled in the bushes. I was able to reach it and it looked so funny I tied it on my line and said WTF it was getting dark and all I heard was a plopping then wham my rod was bending and I pulled in at the time the biggest bass I caught (TBH thinking back if it was two pounds it was a lot lol) I got home and I grabbed my brothers Bass Pro catalog and flipped through the pages to see if I could find it. Turns out it was a Heddon Crazy Crawler. I still use them today almond with jitterbugs.

does the spunk shad work well on the blade waker, have you tried that trailer on it at all? those styles of baits and fluke style baits are my favorite chatterbait trailers.

Watched this video last night and thought "hey I bought one of those last year, let me tie it on" went out this morning and caught my PB 7.56lbs on some crazy topwater lure!

Favorite was Daiwa popper zero. Can't find them anymore and get scared I'll feed my last one to a toothy guy everytime i use it. Stained from years of craw oil I've sent through the it.

Yes, we've actually reviewed several of their items. They're built VERY well and definitely worth a look. We've been using more and more of their soft bags as well.

Lots of great overlooked options. Here’s one: Headbanger Spitfire. Causes a tasty “v” wake on water on slow retrieve. Absolutely deadly on calm nights when water gets glassy. Outfishes Whopper Plopper for me 3-1.

Man I was sooo juiced about the Qlinker frog and gotta say I was sorely disappointed... it looks and sounds sooo gd but... the amount or water it holds, the lack of surface crap it comes thru, and the start up to get the head bobbing is so annoying.

I just made remake larger size piku piku for 20 gram
