The reason why stock supras are worth so much is because unmolested supras that have low miles are bought by car colectors. Its the same thing that happened to the plymouth barracuda. I get the reason behind the R34, me myself i have loved that car for about 6-7 years now. I haven't been able to get it due to still being a teenager, and its very pricey over where I live. The F&F R34 is easily the best and most iconic out of all R34's, I just love the simplicity about it, its not too fast nor too slow, its got a great and beautiful body, the 2.6 TT 6MT pushing about 280 HP which isn't too much.

Personally i am a HUGE honda fan and it hurts me how bad of a wrap they have gotten

GTR not mentioned is a god send to my mental health

So I guess the only reason Supra kids have moved on to the BMW M5 (which is already ironic enough seeing as how they despise the A90 Supra for being a BMW) is because they don't know about the Porsche 911 Turbo S

When tiktok and cars are typed together. Supra naturally comes to mind. It's a fine car on its own. Cheap , reliable , great moding platform and diverse aftermarket with a legendary engine. Also it looks quite mordern. But fanboys ruined it and even shot it price upto the moon. Realistically I have more chances to buy a HELLCAT REDEYE or a Nissan GTR or Corvette C8 , than to buy a mk4 Supra. Hell even the BMW Supra is cheaper.

And this is a car that costs less than $100k so it's exceptional. But c'mon, you're paying $100k for a Tesla and all you get it some cheap plastic trim on the inside? When i talk about cars with them they always bring in supra .I wasn't frustrated at first but later became later because they believed that a turbo could bring in a car 1000hp . i tried correcting them by say my car also has turbo but does that make it 1000hp. I tried many times that supra wasn't 3000hp on stock but they weren't believing sht .

good vid! seems like some personal takes are in there too and that’s all good but hey i don’t make car videos what do i know. I personally don’t know how much hype can boost car prices (at least from 12 year olds). example: if just 12 year olds were simping on a car then it theoretically shouldn’t boost value cuz no 12 year old can afford a car. there must be some wider effect at play. Personal take: i think overrated and overhyped are somewhat synonymous but that’s my opinion. but yeah your fav cars getting media attention and price boosts would suck (just picked up an SC300 and nobody knows that thing exists. i love my broke boy supra)

For me: 2024 Hyundai Kona Electric - $32,675. A good, cheap, electric SUV which would be good for point A to point B, good for hauling stuff like groceries etc. 2017 Ford F-250 - $34,065 (from what I've seen). Really good for hauling or towing. Now I have about 100k left to spend, so i can get myself something pretty nice Rapid Blue C8 Corvette Z51 19" front/20" rear 20-spoke Gloss Black forged aluminum wheels - $96,585 While I may have gone overbudget, I'm sure i could cough up the 3.3k i would need. Hell, if i have 160k to spend on 3 cars i can surely afford to go 3k overbudget.

I honestly think the gtrs in general live up to the hype. The awd RB platform is absolutely mental, ESPECIALLY in australia we love our gtrs. Our builds here are absolutely insane, from gtr street cars taking a win from a 7 second 2000hp tt huracan.

R34 and Supra is hyped up because of the manufactures showing what's possible with a stock motor. It's not so much the look of the car, but the power that can be reached with the stock motor.

One of the best porsches rn to buy is the 996 its the first water cooled engine of the Porsches and the only downside is the ims baring if it goes bad it will destroy the engine only needs to be replaced every hundred thousand miles and is 15 to 30k is heavily depreciated but when it gets some hype, it will be an easy $50,000 car ive owned mine for 4 years now and i love it
