I make meatloaf in mine as l have to double the recipe for the kids. Cooks evenly in center in the Bundt pan.

GREAT STUFF! Nice way to "core a apple" and not a bad method of slicing apples, with the mandolin, for an apple cobbler. People with dental problems, older folks who have lost their teeth, miss out on eating lots of foods they once did. So, thinly slicing the apple will soften the apple considerably while it's baking and folks can enjoy this. SELF RISING FLOUR - needs no baking powder/salt - can also be used in these recipes. Good stuff, as stated! These can be made in a TUBE PAN as well, for those who don't own a BUNDT PAN - like me. TUBE PANS are as deep and wide as a BUNDT PAN. The batter will fill perfectly, the icing, cover completely. Thank you for these yummy recipes and presentation 😋

I made the Bundt apple blueberry lava cake as directed only it fell apart when I took it out of the pan there didn't seem to be enough batter and didn't flow around the apples anyone that has had success with this any ideas on the plus side it tasted very good even without the sauce

It looks like they let theirs chilled for a while before removing it. I was wondering how it would without the caramel, thanks for confirming it would be tasty.

Mini pickles? U mean relish. And NEVER use a mandolin without the hand guard!! Unless you don't want your fingers...

I inherited mine but i never had a hand guard for..luckily never cut myself! I recently purchased a new one.. I can move so much quicker when I'm not having to watch the digits 😂

@@Ihold8stars my son cut off the tip of his finger and a popular KZreadr cut off a big chunk of her finger! It's always best to use something (other than fingers) to hold the item being sliced 😉

@@terriharvey1053 but I think they made a relish with the diced pickles, red peppers,etc. I see what you're saying but until the chopped gherkins were mixed with everything else it wasn't relish. And now I want some gherkins. Maybe I should buy some before the storms roll in tomorrow and everyone panics.

Give me a blueberry recipe without citrus zest, please! 🙄 Too much citrus zest here overall. But the upside down pineapple cake did look gorgeous.

@ Ann Sidbr... 👍 Nor am I a fan of lemon zest or lemon flavoring in cheesecakes, or ANY baking recipe. I just don't like the lemon flavor 🤷🏼‍♀️ All you hve to do is leave it out of ANY baking recipe. Cooking is a different story, but basically if you don't like the lemon zest, or orange zest, just leave it out. It harms the recipe, not. In fact, it's better without it, in my not so humble opinion.

One demo in, and the cake is a mess. Apples with blueberries not a usual combo, but then a dump of caramel and another dump of cocoa powder? Too much going on with too many flavors that would that would compete against each other, and/or overpower. Just because you can doesn't mean it's good. Second recipe, looks very tasty, but should have tunneled around the inside of bread removing it, then build the sandwich. Too thick and too much bread to put your mouth around.

I LOVE cake, but your desserts, except for the pineapple upside-down cake, had too much icing/sauces. They were just drowning! I did like your homemade bread and the muffuletta and the stuffing idea too.

Music SUCKS!

I've had my bundt pan for over 30 yrs, and use it. If I didn't need it I would have donated it years ago. It's just a cake pan, if you have one , use it. The last cake was a gross, wasteful disaster.
