Subscription after buying an expensive equipment is so stupid
that spinning bar seems dangerous.. Probably better idea to wear a padded helmet or add a pad to the end of the bar??

The bar is literally a pad. Same material for the MMA body vests.

Bro, boxing is dangerous😂
I can hardly find any reviews on any of them, especially Nexersys. I thought it could teach you how to box but it's only for motivation use it seems. I heard VR Boxing is also improving.
