My channel has a community strike that's why timestamps are not showing but it's there in the description box
apps are not working as accessibility permission restricted by system.

This happens by default, to solve this: 1- go into the info tab of the app 2- click on the 3 dot icon at the top right 3- now you can enable restricted app permission If still you are not able to enable this then just watch a tutorial on KZread regarding this
