Been a fan of 7UP Soda since childhood back in 1990, which of course my favorite mascots were Fido Dido (who also hosted Saturday Morning Cartoon Line-Ups on CBS 2 back then) and Cool Spot!!! Oh and the famous quotes: “It’s Cool to Be Clear!” and “It’s The Uncola” always gets stuck in my head too!!!

Great compilation of 7up commercials! Unfortunately, no one seems to remember the 7up "UnDeer" from the early 70's. I loved the trippy TV and radio commercials featuring the UnDeer "cooling his hoofies". He's almost non-existent on the web. I wonder if he was just a 7up psychedelic dream... Thanks for the 7up memories!!!

Great collection, but the one I'm looking for seems to be missing. Someone else looking for the same commercial described it this way: The video starts with a fairly tight shot of a 30-something man sitting in a psychedelically -painted VW microbus. I believe the opening line of the script was "I remember the 60s...." In the course of the monologue, the camera slowly zooms out, showing that the VW bus is on blocks...in a back yard with kids running around...near a bunch of nondescript suburban houses. The commercial closes with a classic line comparing today's colas to the uncola: "Life is full of agonizing reappraisals."

Do you know where I can find similar 7 up clips. I was in a commercial for them early 80s that I believe was titled Our Gang based off kids in a clubhouse that falls down right after the kids won a current 7 up contest that was out at the time? Ive located a number of other commercials on youtube but could never find this one. Thanks!
