FYI that tailgate prob from 80's or newer, with 79 lower year glass installed. (Glass only thing that different) the steel gate is the same, but glass is different, and the dam Key latch control for the glass up/down is different non obtanible. That Bronco is really clean looking example of one, ALL OG under the Hood. Very Nice,

Bro I love you ❤, I am restoring Bumpside Bronco made in Brazil I needed to know the difference between 78-79 and 80-96 tailgates as here where I live there’s a F100 spare he’s got about 50 wrecked Broncos all 80-86 but none 78-79 being my bronco 67-72 Bumpside I will need a new TOPP / canopy as my top is in very bad condition, so I will use the 80-96 top and tailgate then as you said it’s the same tailgate but glass is different, ok l even got the 78-79 glass .
