Bro I get 300-220 with a 3060 and a ryzen 5 3600. Simply upgrading my cpu would make me double my performance? Or am I missing something here

The 5800x3D upgrade by itself will indeed get better fps, nothing else needed. Just a bios upgrade

bts fortnite is an cpu based game so if you have an mid range grpahics card and wanna play fortnite on performance mode you wanna uprgrade your cpu not gpu btw!

The 3600 is not the best CPU, and considering Fortnite is a CPU dependent game, then yeah upgrading to something like the 7800x3d would definitely double your performance

Fortnit is cpu intensive, the 3060 is enough for 1080P as it does not bottleneck too much. The 7800X3D is doing all the work

Make sure you are playing on performance mode, if this is still happening look at some optimisations eg overclocking gpu. So many videos are out there that will help a lot

Try investing for the 7 5800x3d the 3D cache will give you a massive fps boost in Fortnite of 150 to 200 more fps in pubs

I have these specs in my pc and its 600 fps in creative and you can run 360 in battle royale

this combo is the best with 1920 1080 u have 0.3% bottleneck

u should active core performance mode on bios, the temps are going to up to 60-70 but you can got 40% more performance

What’s your ram config? Are you using dual channel and have you enabled XMP? 11th gen doesn’t like ram speed over 3600 because of the gear modes so make sure it’s set in gear 1.
