It would be so funny if these end up being the only McLaren (apart from limited series cars) that appreciate because nobody's buying any. But seriously, the way it absorbed those bumps at 16:28 doing 340kmh is astounding to me. Amazing car

Man this car is doing almost 100m/s (360kmh) properly 70-80m/s thats just crazy, So is the driver. I am pretty sure 900hp version of this could easily do 360.
216 mph, that's insanely fast man, probably the fastest I've seen someone drive on the autobahn.

@@andruw9011 the interior in gorgeous for a grand touring car and the exterior looks great for what they were doing its not meant to be a 720 or a 765 my friend and this tuned one seems to be pretty dang quick

@@hristomurdzhev8533 I drive a 2016 M5 that did 3.2 in 60, stock. So yeah like I said, the GT is lacking performance not only compared to other McLaren cars but other sports and hypercars in general

@@andruw9011m5 is AWD. Compare anything else than 0-100kmh. The mclaren is substantially faster while being rwd. It blows your m5 out of the water in anything else

the sound is also similiar, different than 570s and 720s
After this the video,the desirability of this car is gonna sky rocket like the speed for sure........and i wasn't expecting this car to pickup speed better than the sports cars

Very loud BOV sound while you’re driving it, strangely unexpected in such a GT car. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.

The pluses: styling of the back half, the Novitec McLaren GT is the best sounding(unequal length headers) McLaren currently(simular to the MP4-12C) on sale(only 700 HP). The negitives: styling of the front half, the wheel design.
A mclaren 570s on KZread with a stage 1 tune with 659 hp/780 nm of torque did 362 km on gps since on tachometer it’s limited at 350 km this can definitely go a lot faster
