    I feel like all doctors offices should have something like the inbody scan for having more detailed vitals (ideally, it would auto load into a computer, and weight could be hidden if it's unhelpful to a patient) but I feel like then doctors can give more helpful advice if needed and people have more information about their body!!

    That would actually be great, amazing idea! I'm trying to get healthier too, but I have weights at home so I don't have a gym membership. I don't know any other places besides a gym that would have a machine like this and it would be so helpful to get more info on fat and muscle percentage. The number on the scale is just not enough...

    having proper form in lat pulldowns can be so tricky!! the best tip that I've learned is that instead of focusing on using your hands to pull down the bar, you should imagine that you're driving your elbows down to move it :) it definitely helps me feel the activation more!

    Had to tune in for the fitness video especially knowing that you’re vegan. I also use celsius as a pre workout or just black coffee, but I might try that thermovex. Happy for u! I definitely see those gainz 💪🏽

    13:23 Just be aware, if you ever switch that protein powder, it could be that you get tummy issues with the new one if it does not have digestive enzymes 😊
