കൂട്ടുകാരെ ബിരിയാണി പല രീതിയിൽ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം..ഇത് എന്റെ രീതിയിൽ ഒരു ബിരിയാണി ... ഒരു കിലോ ബസ്മതി അതും ഇന്ത്യ ഗേറ്റ് റൈസ് ഏഴു പേർക്ക് ,അപ്പോൾ പത്തു കിലോ ബസ്മതി അരി 75 പേർക്ക് പറ്റും..ഹോട്ടലിൽ ഒക്കെ ആണെകിൽ ഒരു കിലോ യിൽ എട്ടു പേര് കഴിയ്ക്കും... ഞാൻ ഒന്ന് നൂറിന്റെ പതിനാറു ചിക്കൻ ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്.ഒരു ചിക്കൻ പത്തു കഷ്ണം ആക്കിയത്...അപ്പോൾ പതിനാറു പത്തു നൂറ്റിഅറുപതു കഷ്ണം...പോരെ ഈ ബിരിയാണി 75 പേർക്ക്.....കുറച്ചു കമന്റ് ഈ സംശയം ചോദിച്ചോണ്ടാണ് ഇവിടെ പറഞ്ഞു തന്നത്.... പിന്നെ സവാള മസാല കൂടുതൽ വേണേൽ കൂട്ടി എടുക്കാം..ഞാൻ എടുത്തത് എട്ടു കിലോ സവാള ആണ്...ഒരു കിലോ സവാള വറുത്തു.ഏഴ് കിലോ സവാള മസാലയ്ക്കും...പിന്നെ തക്കാളി കുറച്ചതു തൈര് ചേർത്ത് കൊണ്ടാണ്.. ഇത് ഞാൻ ഇന്ന് പുതുതായി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ റെസിപി യോ ഡിഷൊ അല്ല.എനിക്ക് നന്നായി ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ അറിയാവുന്ന ബിരിയാണി ആണിത്. നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വേണമെങ്കിൽ അഞ്ചൂറ് പേർക്കുള്ള ബിരിയാണിയുടെ അളവ് തരാൻ ഞാൻ തയ്യാറാണ്. നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ മറ്റുള്ള റെസിപ്പികൾ എത്ര കണ്ടിഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടോ അതെപോലെ ടേസ്റ്റ് ,കിട്ടുന്ന ഒരു കിടിലൻ ഡിഷ് ആണിത്...സ്വന്തം റെസിപ്പികൾ എന്റെ പരിശ്രമത്താൽ മാത്രം ഇടുന്ന ചാനൽ ആണിത്..എന്നും വിശ്വാസ്യതയോടെ ബിന്ദു ജെയ്‌സ്...
