I needed this so much 😢...i can pour my heart out to this. I need and want healing. Im tired from life. Im lost. Im worried. Worry for my parents, family and friends. Everyone is older, the hands of time are passing, peoppe are aging and im busy working everyday to pay bills . I dont even care about work anymore or money or material stuff. Im tired of my phone. Im tired of stress, my ego, anxiety, depression and regret. I miss my life how things were 10-20 years ago. I miss the 90s being young waking up to 6am cartoons with my siblings, knowing my mom and dad are healthy and young and happy. I want to live present and make the best out of now regardless of my past mistakes. I want to sit in nature and listen and speak to the birds and animals. I want to feal the breeze blow and the earth between my toes. I want peace love time hope faith healing. God please heal me, take the sterring wheel and guide me through the rest of my life.❤

This meditation has brought to the surface things I didn't expect. Things that have happened as a child and reason for my then behavior as a teen. I never thought was in so deep. After opening my eyes filled with tears and a feeling of what feels like a heart becoming light headed towards healing.
