oldies are strong, their core is strong. I am 30 and a male, my granny is 91. She is more active than me and really surprises me every day with the amount of work she does. She never sits idle, always eats her food on time. The only problem she has is she can't sleep as she used to and she pushes to all the time to do more work!! I mean ALL the time literally. If she finds you sitting idle, she will give you small tasks like splitting firewood with a maul and the firewood in India is usually hard wood, which will essentially drain all the energy I have. I am Mortgage Loan closer by profession. Safe to say that I do more work in my free time than when I actually at work. Physical work I mean. Can't complain to her, she will do it herself!! It would break my heart to see her doing hard work like that, she practically brought me up as a child, so after as bit of coercion, I will end up doing it. 😂 Still running strong though, I bet you that she will complete her century.

Remember they are the TOUGH ones of THEIR generation.Probably 7 out if 10 of his contemporaries or dead or are having serious ailments However credit must be given to Indian food esp vegetarian food .Spices Vegatables avoidance of smoked food meat from larger animals etc does prevent colon cancer stomach cancer arthritis parkinsonism alziemers blood cancer etc Alexander the Greats ( Great?) medical men observed very large number of healthy elderly Indians during the Greek Indian encounter as far back as 350 BC On questioning the answer given by the yogis was vegetarisnism

So pleased I've found your channel, I'm infatuated with Indian cuisine and have been for over 20 years. Your videos are so inspiring and give me plenty of inspiration. The first curry I ever cooked was a Lamb Dum Gosht in 1994, since then I've created my own supper club and Indian street food business. I'm currently working on raw recipes and a curry range which would be best described as fusion. I've travelled to India but only Tamil and Kerala, my dream is to visit a major city, hook up with a local blogger and eat for a week!

Go to Andhra Pradesh. You will find a lot of variety better than the other South Indian states. Better to learn from a grandmother, they have numerous recipes.

You must try Bengali cuisine at kolkata and northeast Indian cuisine at guahati, nagaland, manipore. And if possible visit dakha capital of Bangladesh for ancient Bengali recipes.........!

In European countries there are no such stalls of food. Even if someone is willing to open such food stalls where food is delicious and affordable in price, the government will ban them reason being they are selling it on cheap price which doesn’t obey our policy or it is unhygienic food on street or something like that. However, you will find poisonous pesticide based vegetables available in the supermarket with hell expensive prices.
